I have to admit that there's not as much reasoning behind a lot of these movements, but I'll go over the noteworthy ones, beyond the obvious "HIT PEPE AND CLOWNS".

I really, really want Redox back. Please give me Redox. Yeah, Black hit the nail on the head with this one: It makes the smallest impact out of the 4 will still having some nice applications here and there. Fun card to use.

Bringing back some older meta calls, like Exciton and Chain. I don't feel their either deserved as harsh of a hit; and Exciton is still a fairly well designed card in my book. Having no Construct REALLY hurts Shaddolls and kills most variants that aren't Trains. Dante kind of deserves the hit. Scout is fine at 2. I don't feel like Wavering quite deserves a big ban, but putting it at 1 eliminates the Pop-4 scenario in Pendulum matches that utterly break the game. Reasoning is kind of a dumb card that often sacks. Instant Fusion is really too good with the pool it has access to, but I boosted it a bit by bringing back TER ;O

So yeah, in terms of last meta, I gave Shaddolls a bit of a boost, BA a bit of a bittersweet relation, gave Tellars a little bone with RotA at 2, Nekroz could use a bit of a love, and of course I WOULD like to bring Mathman to 3, but I'll play it safe and put it at 2.

And that's all the noteworthy cards, really! I can't POSSIBLY think of any other significant moves that I made that might be ridiculous...

It feels like you kinda took bits from mine and Blacks, Construct is too problematic to let back in the game since DMoC is definitely coming back, and prediction dolls are getting 3 pre-prep for sure also

Yeah, I will admit that I took some tips from both. I HAVE NO SHAME.

Prediction Dolls not having Construction REALLY hurts, it's something I've noticed considerably. I don't think the deck would be problematic with Construct. GOOD, but not problematic.

That's hardly true, dolls top all the time in OCG and they haven't had construct for nearly a year now, and the Winda-Solemn Notice ruling really boosted the deck. Construct coming back means a lot of things have to go. Let powercreep do it's job or limit shaddoll fusion.

Disagree on Plush, the luster play dies if you limit it. The ban was a bad move on OCG's part, especially with Juggler limited.

No Raigeki ban is kinda shameful. Before you move Brio, try limiting Shruitt

You know.... It's pretty common knowledge that Redox had the least impact. This was further supported by the fact that later Ruler builds would only really use like 1-2 Redox while still keeping the others in 3s, as his 1600 ATK isn't exactly OTK Material, and it's revival effect was just competing with the other smaller Rulers Summon-from-the-Deck effect.

Plus, it's rare for non-Pendulum EARTH monsters to ever be that gamebreaking, and a card that supports them won't really be that much of a threat by today's standards.

I will admit, I do go by the Org lists, so I actually don't see Shaddolls in any of the tops and that's probably why. I might end up bumping Construct back and semi-ing El-Fusion instead, but I'll mull it over more.

Plush is just not a card I'm comfortable with, but Juggler at one it's probably safe to put back up to one as well.

I HAVE NO SHAME ON RAIGEKI!!!

I was on the ropes about my Nekroz bone. At first I was going to limit Shurit as well, but I remembered that Nekroz were still doing very well with that. Brio was my second pick for booting up a bit; but I like the idea of Shurit coming back more.

Why do amorphages need more circle jerk material? REDMD is enough for that shitpile

El is significantly more unhealthy than construct as it's anti-targeting and otk wrapped in one card

Just limit future fusion's cousin and unban super poly. Now dolls have to run heros or other things to get to their spells or god forbid run that awful equip spell

Or, IDK if this will work, do what OCG did in the start, and limit winda as well as construct. Could work in theory
