Activate this card by paying 3000 LP: Once per turn, you can special summon 1 "Dark Magician", 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" and 1 "Stardust Dragon" to your side of the field and give those monsters these effects in this respective order:
@ This card cannot be destroyed by card effects, also, this card can attack twice per battle phase.
@ Once per turn, shuffle 1 card from your hand to the deck to activate 1 "Neo Space" directly from your deck. Fusion monsters summoned that have "Neos" in the name can't be destroyed by battle while Neo Space is on the field.
@ Once per turn, by banishing 5 cards in your graveyard, you can negate and destroy all spells and traps on the field, except "The Ultimate Ace Ball".
You can only activate 1 "The Ultimate Ace Ball" per duel.

So close. Neos Contact Fusions don't actually count as Fusion Summons.

 

You also didn't exactly state where the ace cards are being Summoned from.

Whoops, I meant from anywhere at all: grave, removed from play, deck or hand, as you're paying I thought it was fair to just be from anywhere... Will fix the little mistake with Neo Space though :P
