Now if you ask me, THIS should've been how you summon Gate Guardian. So much easier, amirite?

funk yeah, with all the nostalgia cards coming out lately, I'm really hoping they remember big ol' Gate Guardian and give him something similar to this.

I would've preferred this to the current method of summoning Gate Guardian. Though the one advantage Gate Guardian had was that you can use it for UFORoid Fighter.

Gate Guardian Revival

Spell

Banish "Sanga of the Thunder", "Kazejin" and "Suijin" from your hand, side of the field, and/or Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Gate Guardian" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, ignoring the summoning conditions. If your opponent controls a monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can Banish the monsters from your Deck as well.
