Ok just to be clear I made the effect itself quite polarizing because I thought it would be funny but ok

damage polarization

activate only when you’re dealt (effect was removed) damage. flip a coin, if it lands on heads take double damage, then banish the card that inflicted the damage. If it lands on tails negate the damage and both players draw 1 card.

 

If it needs to more closely resemble the card 

Activate only when an effect that inflicts damage is activated. Negate its activation and effect, and then each player flips a coin, if the coin lands on heads that player draws 1 card, if the coin lands on tails the other player activates the negated card ignoring the cards cost.

Note: This is meant to make it synergize with the pyro playstyle, which if you use Volcanics as the primary pyro representative, is to send pyro monsters to the GY, destroy cards, and burn the opponent. I never understood why Fire Trooper is a warrior type.

There can only be 1 "Agave Dragon" on the field. This card cannot be used as a Link Material for a Link Summon. If this card is Link Summoned: You can apply these effects in sequence, depending on the Types of Link Materials used for this card's Link Summon (skip over any that do not apply). You can only use this effect of "Agave Dragon" once per turn.

● Dragon: Your opponent takes 500 damage for each different Type of Link Material.  

● Dinosaur: This card gains 1000 ATK for each different Type of Link Material.

● Sea Serpent: All monsters your opponent currently controls lose 500 ATK for each different Type of Link Material. 

● Wyrm: Destroy as many monsters your opponent controls with an ATK lower than this card's ATK, then gain 1000 LP for every card destroyed by this effect.

 

Since I dunno how to highlight the degree of these changes, here's the original effect instead.

If this card is Link Summoned: You can apply these effects in sequence, depending on the Types of monsters in the GYs (skip over any that do not apply). You can only use this effect of "Agave Dragon" once per turn.

● Inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each Dragon.

● This card gains 200 ATK for each Dinosaur.

● All monsters your opponent currently controls lose 300 ATK for each Sea Serpent.

● You gain 400 LP for each Wyrm.

You can only use this effect of "Hexa Spirit of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.

I was torn between making it good, or continue the theme of the main deck monsters of the archetype having issues bringing out their archetypal Synchro monsters, but I ultimately decided against it.
