I thought allowing Tricorn to also Summon the other horses straight from the Extra Deck would be a go-to improvement; oh well xD

Once per turn: You can pay half your Life Points, then target 2 cards in any Graveyard(s); place 1 of them on top of the Deck, and if you do, attach the other to this card as an Xyz Material. Made its protection actually relevant (though with a bypass condition), and made it grant itself effects until the end of your opponent's turn, so it's not vulnerable then.

There are, what, 3 X-Sabers that are targets for his original effect? This makes Wayne a bit better for the archetype. Also 2100 ATK is pretty meh IMO.

IDK, I would prefer the lack of OPT over a quick effect.

Ptolemy M7 isn't a card that need much improvement IMO so I will just let it bounce/add Spell/Traps, too.

All face-up monsters you control must be LIGHT to activate this effect.

 

Made it only rely on light, not warriors, made it revivable, and made it hit effects as well as activations.

A female X-Saber Warrior, known for her graceful attacks and calm decision making in battle. Her ambition is merciless, and strikes fear in the hearts of her enemies.

 

 

Yeah, as the only X-Saber Normal Monster, it fills a niche in its archetype (e.g. target for Rescue Rabbit and Unexpected Dai), so IMO it should remain as a Normal. So, they only things left to improve are the stats.

Gave it a destruction effect, now it can be SS'd, and its atk gain is now a quick effect

You have the option of field wiping now, as opposed to it blowing up everything you have. Also made summon conditions a lot easier to pull off, because Jurracs really do not have the luxury of keeping 3 monsters on board for this, just for it to blow up and make you go - 3+. 

 

tl;dr, it's a 2 mat that doesn't blow up when you summon it (or not automatically; see Black Rose Dragon, and not nuking self).

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; return all of your banished "Raidraptor" monsters to the graveyard. At the end of the damage step, if a "Raidraptor" monster you control attacked: You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card; this turn, for each "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster you banish from your Graveyard, that attacking "Raidraptor" monster can make another attack in a row. Alright, what is changed: It has protection now, it floats now, it can add (no more than two) extra direct attacks, and it has a gimmicky attack boost effect based on the giant mecha this clearly is (Neo Zeong)

When this monster is Normal or Special Summoned, you can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is detached from an Xyz monster to activate its effect, you can: Target 1 "Raidraptor" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only activate this effect of "Raidraptor - Skull Eagle" once per turn. An Xyz monster Summoned using this monster as Material gains the following effect:

●When it is Summoned: it gains 600 ATK.

 

In order:

●Let it self-SS so you're not wasting a turn with a 1000 ATK monster to run over

●Let it RUM search so Fiend Eagle can become a Force Strix/Rise Falcon

●Instead of recouping resources to the hand, it just straight-up revives a bird for things. It also doesn't need to go to the Graveyard anymore, and it doesn't need to banish itself if you happen to be hammy enough to be going into Satellite Cannon Falcon on a regular basis.

●Made the ATK boost work on Rank-Up.

●Made the ATK boost not suck so hard.

I'm not really sure what this card wants to do, so I changed it from a discard to saccing itself (so it doesn't leave a 0/0 in atk mode for your opponent to mess with), and let it grab continuous traps as well. Also removed the SS restriction.

Put it in-theme, and made it a worthwhile boss in Fog Counter Cloudians.

Removed the SS restriction, but now it only gets its effect while tribute summoned. Removed the time limit on the mind control, and let you tribute the controlled monster to get Coppelia back.

If this card is banished, add 1 "Cloudian" card, or a card that includes "Cloudian" or "Fog Counter" in its card text, from your Deck to your hand.

 

Consistency! Also, its effect is worded the way it is so banishing it for Storm Dragon is super-plus.

Slightly stronger and can now self-banish to give its effect to another cloudian for a turn!

Not certain here, maybe overbalanced into broken. But it's an attempt.

 

Shaddoll Hound

DARK - Level 4 - Spellcaster/Flip/Effect - 1600/900

FLIP: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Monster and/or 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap card in your Graveyard; add those targets to your hand. You cannot play the targets or card with the same name as them this turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 monster on the field; change it to face-up Attack Position or face-down Defense Position. (Flip monsters' effects are not activated at this time, except "Shaddoll" monsters'.) You can only use 1 "Shaddoll Hound" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

 

Instead of grabbing 1 card it can now grab a monster and/or a spell/trap giving card advantage. It does have a new drawback of having to wait a turn...but if it's flipped on your opponent's turn that doesn't matter any. The position change can now make things face-down so you can turn a used Shaddoll face-down and get its flip effect again.
