Face McShooty
I will also include these individuals or teams highlights of last year, in hopes that their respective companies don't forget this year... I'll start with [spoiler=Mr. Pec-Tacular Jessie Godderz]From May 2013 til April 2015, Jessie had formed an alliance with Robbie E, who will also be featured in this, called the Bro-Mans. After their breakup, Godderz went on to compete in the Bound For Gold gauntlet match at Bound For Glory 2015, which was ultimately won by Tyrus. Shortly after this loss, Godderz was announced as part of the "Future 4" Group for the TNA World Title Series. He defeated Micah and Crimson to advance to the Round of 16, which he then defeated Awesome Kong to advance to the Round of 8 and faced Matt Hardy, whom he lost to and was eliminated from the World Title Series.Godderz has a bright future ahead of him, and I think this will be the year for him to capture EITHER the TNA King of the Mountain Championship OR the TNA World Heavyweight Championship later this year. [spoiler=Robbie E]Also a former Bro-Man, Robbie E also competed in the TNA World Title Series, however he only won one match thus he was eliminated when the Round of 16 was decided.Robbie E, providing he drops this Jersey Shore gimmick, could be the face of the X Division in TNA. I see him competing, on more than one occasion, for the X Division Championship this year. [spoiler=Samoa Joe]2015 was a rollercoaster of a year for Samoa Joe; leaving TNA in February, returning to Ring of Honor later that month and leaving Ring of Honor in June, then making his WWE debut in May at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable as a face preventing Kevin Owens from further injuring Sami Zayn, both who will also be in this. In November, for his first time since being with WWE, Joe turned heel in his match against Apollo Crews. Joe has also challenged Finn Balor for the NXT Championship on multiple occasions, the most recent being at NXT TakeOver: London, which was unsuccessful.Joe will become NXT Champion the early part of 2016, probably by NXT TakeOver: Dallas in April, and he will hold the title for most of 2016. Will he be called up to the main roster before 2016 is over? Probably not, but it could happen. [spoiler=Kevin Owens]Kevin Owens was catapulted in NXT early 2015, he defeated Sami Zayn at NXT TakeOver: Rival to become NXT Champion just 2 months after he debuted on NXT. He then lost his title to Finn Balor at the Beast in the East special in July, ending his reign at 143 days. His last match and appearance on NXT would take place at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn in a ladder match as his title rematch against Finn Balor. Kevin Owens then made an unannounced debut on the main roster by accepting John Cena's US Open Challenge, but instead of having a match against Cena, Owens just attacked him. Kevin Owens debut main roster match happened at WWE Elimination Chamber against John Cena, which Kevin Owens won cleanly. John Cena won the next match at Money In the Bank and the rubber match at Battleground. In September Kevin Owens defeated Ryback to earn his first title on the main roster, the Intercontinential Championship. While Intercontinential Champion, Owens competed in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament, defeating Titus O'Neil and Neville but losing to Dean Ambrose in the semi-finals at Survivor Series. In December, Owens lost his Intercontinential Championship to Dean Ambrose. Later that month, he showed a more aggressive side of himself even to the point Michael Cole called him a "madman".2016 could be very special for Kevin Owens, I don't think he will become WWE World Heavyweight Champion BUT he will come close many times. He very well could win the Royal Rumble later this month and go on to main even WrestleMania 32. I have a sneaking suspicion we will see Kevin Owens turn face by the end of 2016. [spoiler=Sami Zayn]Sami Zayn lost his title very early in 2015, as mentioned above against Kevin Owens. In May, Zayn made a surprise appearance on RAW, being introduced by Bret Hart, as the opponent for John Cena's US Open Challenge. Before the match even started, unfortunately, Zayn suffered a shoulder injury. NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable would be the last time we see Zayn until NXT TakeOver: London.Zayn is the one I am unsure what kind of year he will have. If he stays healthy throughout 2016, we could see him return to the main roster, possibly at the Royal Rumble. [spoiler=Finn Bálor]Finn Bálor had an early start to 2015, competing in a number one contender's tournament for the NXT Championship, defeating Curtis Axel, Hideo Itami and Neville to come up short against Kevin Owens at NXT TakeOver: Rival. Bálor then received a rematch against Kevin Owens at the Beast in the East special in July, capturing the NXT Championship. He then took part in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. He was paired with Samoa Joe. The pair defeated The Lucha Dragons, Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, Dash & Dawson, and Baron Corbin and Rhyno in the finals to win the tournament. After Bálor had a title match against Apollo Crews, Samoa Joe turned on Bálor and they feuded during November and December. Bálor's most recent win over Joe came at NXT TakeOver: London.Bálor has a bright 2016 ahead of him, I see him dropping the NXT Championship to Samoa Joe only to get called up to the main roster the night after Wrestlemania 32. [spoiler=Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady]In March, Enzo and Cass began a feud with Blake & Murphy over the NXT Tag Team Championships. They earned a title shot by defeating the Lucha Dragons on the March 11th episode of NXT. Enzo and Cass had their first title match at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable and lost when Alexa Bliss interfered. NXT TakeOver: London saw Enzo and Cass challenge The Mechanics for the NXT Tag Team Championships but ended up losing.Enzo & Cass will make their main roster debut some time in 2016; when? It very well could be the Royal Rumble or the night after the Rumble and hopefully challenging for the WWE Tag Team Championships. [spoiler=The Lucha Dragons]The night after WrestleMania 31 we saw the main roster debut of The Lucha Dragons (Kalisto and Sin Cara) as they teamed with the New Day in a winning effort against The Ascension and Tyson Kidd & Cesaro. The Lucha Dragons saw many chances to capture the WWE Tag Team Championships; competing in the first ever tag team Elimination Chamber match, which was ultimately won by New Day, SummerSlam, again won by New Day, and on the live edition of SmackDown. Kalisto won a Slammy for OMG Momemt of the Year the night before that episode of SmackDown.2016 could be the year we see the split of Kalisto and Sin Cara; Kalisto being elavated to become the next Rey Mysterio, while Sin Cara will just become a jobber unfortunately. [spoiler=Bayley]2015 was just the start of Bayley's superstardom, while she had some meaningless matches against Emma, she also set her sights on Sasha Banks' NXT Women's Championship. NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn saw Bayley capture the NXT Women's Championship. Sasha Banks wanted a rematch, which was granted, at NXT TakeOver: Respect in which we saw the first ever 30 Minute Iron Woman match in the main event, Bayley won 3 falls to Banks' 2 falls. Bayley also defeated the likes of Alexa Bliss, Eva Marie and Nia Jax to hold on to the NXT Women's Championship.2016 we will see the meteoric rise of Bayley. She will most likely pass Sasha Banks' reign of 192 days (Bayley is at 132 as of this) but will lose it before she has a chance to pass Paige's 308 days, but we will see Bayley make her main roster debut as well. I see the Four Horsewomen (Bayley, Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks) coming together and running the Divas division. [spoiler=Honorable Mentions]Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, Ryback, The Wolves, Tyrus, Brie Bella, Luke Harper, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins (when he returns from injury), Tyler Breeze, John Cena, Roman Reigns

Face McShooty
I have a feeling he and Matt are both nearing the end of their wrestling careers, whether it's this year or next, I think they will not re-sign with Impact and have one last run in WWE
