Whenever you cast a colorless spell, put a +1/-1 counter or -1/+1 counter on target creature.

 

Each +1/+1 counter on a permanent you don't control becomes a -1/-1 counter. (If this permanent leaves the battlefield, those counters revert to +1/+1 counters.)

 

If a creature you don't control would get +X/+Y, it gets -X/-Y instead.

 

If an opponent would put X loyalty counters on a planeswalker he or she controls to activate a loyalty ability, that player must remove X loyalty counters from that planeswalker to activate that ability instead.
