Arimetal
WATERLV4Spellcaster/Effect300/1800Face-up attack position monsters on the field cannot activate their effects. This defense position card cannot be targeted by card effects or destroyed by effects. Temporary lock? It requires defense for protection. Stops majority of monsters though. Idk, discuss. Tinkerer
1800 DEF, not 800. This is... Actually quite interesting. It's a continuous effect too, so you can chain its revival/summon to a monster effect. Too bad it isn't DARK. Dark Renewal support would make this thing quite hilarious. Hallohallo
I had to reread 5 times to understand that it affects all monsters on the field.
Darj
If it could switch itself to Defense Position when Normal Summoned as Summoner Monk does it would have been so much safer to play.Anyway, the effect lock is amazing, but the card looks too vulnerable to be reliable in my opinion: too painful to Normal Summon, 1900+ Level 4 beaters can run over it, relevant decks are able to Summon 1900+ ATK monsters without the need of activating monster effects on the field, etc.
Jord200
Monk support? Huh. Don't see that everyday. It is interesting, that's for sure.

Blake
It's not really good right now, because, for example: Use this against Pedra/Pepe/etc.They PS 5, use effects in DEF.Make ED bosses.Punch. Hilarious against Monarch, though. And I'm curious when it'll see play.

You could try siding this for monarchs if it turns out being really good, also you can Second mask change this into acid, or use it on summoner monk for Dank Law. While you technically can, it won't do sheet, as activate =/= resolve, and if you're chaining to an activation, it already activated.
Tinkerer
While you technically can, it won't do s***, as activate =/= resolve, and if you're chaining to an activation, it already activated.Yeah, that's what I meant. You're right though, there are a lot of on-summon triggers that this can't stop (if chained to summon). And those you could cancel out by summoning prematurely (Castel, the late Exciton, UTL, etc.) can usually end up running over this anyway.

(GigaDrillBreaker)
Actually pretty decent against Kozmo, assuming you can get it in DEF. Only real outs are darkwitch and honest.

Card is silly and for that fact will get seen play it doesn't really deserve as it is silly.
