GarlandChaos
Proof that the meaning of life, the universe, and everything else is actually for everyone to get tomahawk'd. ...IN SPACE! Real Talk, though: I'm personally not a big fan. The restrictions are a bit too much for me, and most decks that CAN make it don't really want to. ...from what I remember, though, Blaze Heatnix- I mean, Blaze Fenix FTK.dek uses this thing. So that's something, I guess. Discuss.
Ryusei the Morning Star
Funny you mention this card, Forbidden Rulers used be able to burn through the entire deck with this card making karakuri plays. A good card for a more elegant era
Toffee.
4th Dimensional Galctic Wing WIND / Level 7 Machine / Effect If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). If this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "2nd Dimensional Nebula Hawk" from your hand. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card was detached from a "Number 42: Galaxy Tomahawk" you control, you can attach this card(from the Graveyard) to a face-up Xyz Monster you control. While this card is in the Graveyard, "Battle Eagle Tokens" you control gain 1000 ATK. While this card is attached to a Machine-Type Xyz monster, that monster cannot be targeted by card effects. ATK 0 / DEF 1500 2nd Dimensional Nebula Hawk WIND / Level 7 Machine / Effect If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). If this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "4th Dimensional Galctic Wing" from your hand. During the End Phase of a turn in which this card was detached from a "Number 42: Galaxy Tomahawk" you control, you can attach this card(from the Graveyard) to a face-up Xyz Monster you control. While this card is in the Graveyard, if a "Battle Eagle Tokens" you control battles, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. While this card is attached to a Machine-Type Xyz monster, that monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. ATK 0 / DEF 1500 ??????????????????????? Blake
It's an OTK/FTK card. Rulers were one example, though OCG only, and the others are loops FTKs. Type of card that shouldn't exist, yet also will not get hit.
Toffee.
It's an OTK/FTK card. Rulers were one example, though OCG only, and the others are loops FTKs. Type of card that shouldn't exist, yet also will not get hit.Because it's an obscure component to an FTK/OTK that requires idiotic setup and far too much luck to be of any practical use. If the later two issues were addressed in some way, then This card would be up on the chopping block.

Ryusei the Morning Star
It could be used for fair synchro applications maybe?

Ryusei the Morning Star
You can generate enough fodder to summon Wicked Avatar and 1 sided cold wave your opponent for two turns! Or make two lv8 synchros off plaguespreader. Or summon Plasma?!
