"I really do love continuous Spells"

Clear Effect

Continuous Spell Card

Lore: Declare 2 numbers, the effects of all Monsters of the same Levels/Ranks as the declared numbers are negated in the Field,Hand, and Extra-Deck.

You can only have 1 face-up "Clear Effect" on your side of the field.

If "Clear World" is not face-up on the field, destroy this card.

The only reason for it not to say "Declare 2 numbers from 1 to 12" is so that custom cards that break the barriers (or Dark-Synchros) are also affected by this card

Now you look at this and you probably think: "Why whould I want a skill drain with less range" and that is the reason for the everywhere on this card, you're not just negating effects on the Field, you're also negating them on the Hand and Extra-Deck.That means stopping things like Effect Veiller, Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit and also Cyber Dragon Infinity's ability to be sumoned using Cyber Dragon Nova among other things.

Really tough I made this card purely because I was sad that the Clear archetype only got 2 cards printed.

[spoiler=Edits]This card is not as bonkers as before, also you can no longer have 3 of them on the field at the same time

It is Clear we could really release the entire Clear-archetype by now, Konami...

Though I agree with you on the account that the Clear-archetype should become a thing for TCG/OCG... I am not really a fan of

floodgates with that much control, but then it reminds me of Necrovalley with it's control card that prevents Special Summoning except Gravekeeper cards... Only this one is really cruel as in if you have a general idea of what most of your opponent's monsters entail in terms of Level/Rank you may very well shut down your opponent completely (I mean some decks only rely on a specific lv/rank), and they have to bank on that Spell/Trap removal if they don't have it already.  Clear world being a field spell itself means easier time getting searched via "Terraforming" or "Planet Pathfinder" (if your deck is really persistent on pulling this lock).

However, I do get that this card is not as easily searchable as the field itself, and that it could also hurt you as well unless you run those monsters that benefit from losing their effect. (Barbaros, Gaia the collective Combustible, Malefics, etc.) I also note that it could promote you to use Clear Worlds controlling aspect as well (DNA Transplant, and Scroll of Bewtichment to control typing of your opponents monsters).

But, if I were to put it bluntly, though the Clear-Archetype should be released as a whole, I don't think Clear World should have the merit to potentially decimate your opponent with little effort that you could benefit via running Skill Drain beaters in their place.

Now as far as taking potential preventative measures to make this card less OP... I say water down range of effect negation, and make it so that you can only declare 2 numbers. But, as always, up to you. :)

I agree,it's impact in the current meta whould be Null and Void also 10/10 word play on your part.

Oh yeah,I forgot Hidden Temples of Necrovalley existed, the fact it is a field spell also makes it easier to destroy, I'll admit tough, I'm still stuck in the time of only 1 field-spell being allowed on the field at a time

I will have to agree with you on that 100%, I believe extensive hours of looking at Ariadne the Absolver made me think a bit too much like a madman (º v º')

As always, thank you for your input :D
