Shradow
Unless it was in an omake or something that I missed, in the manga I don't think we actually saw what Mineta did for his internship, so seeing him stuck to cleaning was really funny. And yeah, the Tests are confirmed now. We'll get to see Momo's little character arc which is great, I like her a lot even if she's not best girl. Flame Dragon
Watched the new episode. Was that a remixed version of My Hero Academia when Midoria did his first fight with Grand? I know I heard Hero A when they were cutting around to all the other characters. That was cool since most of that wasn't in the manga. I REALLY like the Best Jeanist scene. It was expanded from the manga and getting to see him us his powers early was cool. On that note, interesting that they are doing intro stuff. I get why since this is like a new season, but this is the first time we're seeing some of this information in the show proper. Also, watching the dub and the preview was amazing. Really hope the seasons ends with the interview chapter. Those that read the manga will know what I'm referencing there.
Shradow
One of the reasons I like this arc is, while it's not a huge amount, we get some cool worldbuilding about how things work with heroes and stuff.
Fusion X. Denver
Yeah, the manga's built up a solid foundation now with its premise, cast, and all the different dynamics. So now it's time for some expansion, now that MHA has comfortably established itself in Jump's line-up and isn't going anywhere. It can safely start exploring other areas without bogging the pacing down. Say what you will about dubs, MHA's is one of the best I've heard in a while. Funimation brought their A-game for this one. Shradow
I've noticed in the OP that there's the silhouettes of[spoiler=spoiler]Dabi and Toga. I'm guessing they'll be colored in when they're introduced later.

I'm guessing they'll be colored in when they're introduced later. It's a little weird they'd be included since they only show up after the Term Finals. Unless I'm off on where this will end they won't do much of anything. In other anime news, Funi isn't doing same day dub for My Hero for this season so I need to wait 2 weeks for the next episode. REALLY wish they made this change for the second half of the season. Would have made it a lot less awkward since the second half is basically a fresh start and we had a week break already. [spoiler=spoiler]They show up a little bit after Stain's speech goes viral, they're shown for the first time along with some of the others who join the League of Villains. But I don't remember when they reappear after that.

Shradow
Does anyone actually watch the episode previews? The one from a couple weeks ago is probably my favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgp5xa9sSjI Imagine if they had a sitcom or something together, that'd be fun. Though MHA having an awesome OST isn't news.
Shradow
The new episode might just be my favorite episode out of both seasons. It doesn't quite reach the hype peak of All Might finishing off Noumu, but overall the episode was great throughout.
Shradow
Yo the new episode was funking sick, dudes. Loved seeing the Stain stuff animated, but also the extra stuff we got to see with Endeavor (and the music that played during) was totally kickass, that definitely wasn't in the manga. Dude has what are pretty much Sunlight Spears. \[T]/
Fusion X. Denver
I'm really happy how MHA has blown up and been winning over shonen cynics. It's well-earned its spot as #2 in Jump's line-up by now.Stain fight was great, better than I remembered to be honest.
Shradow
This weeks episode was fun, and we got to see more of best girl. And we finally got to see Selkie after he was only briefly mentioned in the manga. Can't funking wait for next week, though. We saw a glimpse of AFO in the preview and I'm already hyped. (GigaDrillBreaker)
The episode might be filler, but it was damn good filler, and it helps establish Froppy's character more to explain her actions in a future arc.
Shradow
[spoiler=SPOILER! Chapter 149!]If Mirio doesn't end up dead or without his quirk or have some sort of terrible thing happen to him after this encounter I'll be extremely surprised. These death flags are huge right now.

Flame Dragon
I mean on one hand that is just a dude with a mustache. Lots of dudes have those. But if Oda has thought me anything, and Hirakoshi is clearly as strong a writer I wouldn't discount it. Anyway, with the anime just getting to the All for One, One for All backstory we're about 11 chapters out from where I'd expect the season to end. If we have 5 episodes left than I 100% expect the end point will be the end of term scene from chapter 70. 4 is cutting it close, but I believe if this was the case we wouldn't have gotten the filler episode. Can't wait to see the interview.

Also, while I haven't checked myself, people are saying it's the same voice actor. EDIT: The new Vigilantes chapter was badass. And so Stendahl becomes Stain. Shradow
*only now getting to the newest episode* I remembered Bakugou was smart but I had forgotten he was actually 3rd in the class, even higher than Deku. Also Tsuyu being 6th was pretty cool, too. The anime changing the fights from all at once to being in order will be good for expanding the ones we didn't get to see as much of in the manga and giving each pair their chance to shine without jumping around a ton. Bones has given me no reason to complain about the slight liberties they've taken with the series so far. Also Ectoplasm's voice was the fuckin best. Shradow
[spoiler=Chapter 154]Well it looks like Mirio's passed on the death flag, now Nighteye's in trouble. Though I don't think he'll die, given the previous narration saying Deku would have a long internship with him, plus now with Deku going 20% I'd be devastated if he didn't manage to save him. This fight should be kickass, I can't wait for next week. I'm wondering how to interpret what we saw of Nighteye trying to see the future. It was all black so that could mean since he was specifically looking for a future where everyone got away safe, Deku stepping in to fight managed to bend it so he didn't see anything. Or perhaps since he was using Chisaki, Chisaki might die (perhaps intervention by Toga and Twice), thus preventing a future from being seen. Or maybe he didn't actually see just pure black and we as the audience are simply being kept out of the loop for now and what he saw will be shown later (because he seemed pretty surprised by something). I'm also wondering what's gonna happen with Aizawa. All in all, fantastic chapter. Also, S3 confirmed: https://www.animenewsnetwork.cc/news/2017-09-30/my-hero-academia-anime-gets-3rd-season/.122039
Fusion X. Denver
MHA Season 2 was pretty dope overall, season 3 makes sense being confirmed right away. Keep up the good work, Bones.I caved and bought the 9 volumes of manga out in America so far. Manga's been super intense recently, gonna be really hype seeing the fights animated. Flame Dragon
Yea, the next arc in the anime is going to be REAL good. My guess is it will only be 13 episodes since the stuff after kind of all bleeds together and is super long. Honestly, the current arc is by far the longest the series has done.
