It's an no skilled OTK deck in TCG. The only difference in OCG was having to work around the Djinn and Dolls still being a great deck, but Rulers+CED even made that dumb. Rulers are just not good cards to have around with DMD, I hate saying it, but it's one good move Komoony made. DMD is a problem child that might get axed soon anyway due to Felgrand/BEWD thoTo be fair, I was a bit sad when Tempest was axed because it was the ruler I used the most, I got over it though and moved on. I suppose you could rank up Flare Metal, but being able to pitch shrine and that ilk is really nice for the deck.
