Predection Princess Support

Hello, I hope to add some consistency and speed to the "Prediction Princess" archetype, with the début of future indirect support from Shining Victories

FLIP: target face-down monsters on the field, up to the number of "Prediction Princess" monsters you control; change them to face-up Attack Position(max .2). There can only be 1 face-up "Prediction Princesses Experite on the field. When using materials for a Synchro Material (including this card), you can reduce this card's Level by the number of "Prediction Princesses" used for its summon

Main focus of the deck, new tuner built to add speed to the deck. I wanted it to be able to synch with non predection princess monsters, but also to be powerful when used with non archtype monsters in this deck, which I use in my build, such as Manju or Senju. I chose synchro over xyz theme because of the ability to still ritual summon Tatotrei after you synchro, but i could easily see it as too much. I also required that it would flip up monsters on the field no matter what, you must choose monsters on your opponents side as well (If you don’t have them on your field), as I don’t want to make it too op by giving full choice(As a note, you cant flip up more then one per turn, so again, restricting options of flip effects.)

Your opponent chooses 2 Spell/Trap Cards from their Deck and you choose 1 flip monster; Special Summon them as Monsters (ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-down Defence Position, Set the chosen monster if it is face-up, and shuffle them on the field. The 2 cards chosen from the Deck are returned to the hand from the field at the end of the Battle Phase, and cannot remain on the field except during this turn. Then Flip any number of face down "Prediction Princess" monsters face-up. You can only activate one "Revealing Hats" per turn.

This card I'm really iffy about, Most meta decks these days, I find have a very good first turn, if not an amazing first turn where they can set up their board, they have a turn that could carry them out through the game, so this card is based to set up a good first turn where you can get your flip effects going, you can have a target for Tarotrei or Experite, but this card is really meant to function with Prediction Princess Valkyrus. A lot of Nekroz and Perform age/Performapal decks are using a brilliant fusion engine, to gain an extra normal summon, this deck also coud also benefeit, by getting at least a manju and a set prediction princess, senju, or spirit of the tailwind (Ocg, not out yet, but synergies, as it searches out any flip monster). I also tried to make it so you cant just OTK your opponent, this is a control deck, you shouldn't Rush Recklessly.

FLIP:you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon/Set 1 monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) If you would normal summon a monster with this effect, upon resolution, target 1 face up monster, banish it until the end phase

So a extra normal summon/set in order to establish your board and search your cards. In the theme of Prediction princess, she is a Valkyrie and is linked with Runes. She is used to get a search off with Manju/Senju, maybe another set flip monster, the idea of this card is to not only get another search in first turn, but get another search during your opponets turn. Its effect is intended to limit the ability of you to ritual summon, but you will still get trigger effects.

I designed it in order, if it was used to flip by Tatotrei, to dodge any effects that the opponent might put on you, a trait very useful in decks like Kozmo. Banish Taotrei or any important monster until your end phase. Its indirectly designed for another effect the new ritual summon spell adds the effect that your opponent will be getting new flip monsters, use this in order to deter their effects by banishing one of their monsters, I'm still thinking about how to work it, but banish a trick clown, and odd-eyes, a Kozmo monster (would deter, but not stop) and your really disrupting your opponent.

FLIP:Your opponent targets 2 cards you control(A spell/trap and a monster): tribute the monster, and destroy the spell/trap; the selected cards cannot be activated in response, then give control of this card to your opponent, in face-down defence position

Main spell/trap monster removal of the archetype. I'm assuming that people will be running a lot of spell trap hate in their decks, because this deck is very combo-reliant. This card you never want first turn, but you will give your opponent with a new ritual. use this card to disrupt scales and particular problem monsters. I tried to give it a condition where it did not have to tribute a monster/ destroy a spell trap if there is none on the field. Naturally your opponent will know of these monsters existence so there is that. On your second turn if you have to use Experite's effect to flip 2 up, you may be forced to flip this up, giving your opponent the option to disrupt your plays.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Prediction Princess Tarotrei". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 9 or more. You may use flip monsters from your deck, but if you do,during your End Phase, special summon 2 flip monsters from your deck to your opponents side in face-down defence position. You can only activate 1 "Revelation Ritual" per turn. Prediction Princess monsters are unaffected by your opponents card effects till the end of your opponents next turn.

New Ritual spell, (trying to get it work) would hope to give some immunity to your prediction princess cards. Hopefully would limit the overextending players would do before there opponents turn, limiting your synchro/xyz options, but allowing more advantage for the cards. As ludicrous as this sounds, I believe that the strength of any meta deck is its inst-recovery, or unbreakable field. This ritual spell also provides some utility, in the spirit of control it gives your opponent two of your flip monsters, usually Prophetess and Valkyrus, completing the circle of control as the opponent cannot cannot spam the board as easily, and you can disrupt your opponents plays with your tuner. Probably going to add a graveyard effect of banishing for a spell, might not.

All comments, gripes, complaints are welcome, tell me if you think a card is too over powered- under powered, take in note that this archetype is supposed to be used with two new cards, http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pre-Preparation_of_Ritesand http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spirit_of_the_Tailwind : This archtype is supposed to be mainly control/board presence, I wanted to make it so it could be fast enough to have board presence, while going into synchros or ranks, and to be able to actually apply prediction princess monsters in a faster way. This deck, casual in its current form, is to be made in at least tier-2, with rapid access to flip effects, it may out pace the opponent.
