Tuner’s High (908)

Honestly, Top Runner is among the best things to summon with this. Discard a sproid, get Top Runner, then follow up with Speed Revival.

Gotta go fast bastards.

I wasn't saying Top Runner isn't one of the best things to summon with this, I'm just saying that Top Runner has a different Attribute to the other Tuners in the art.

Discard Uniflora -> Summon Valerifawn from your Deck :^)

Oh man Top Runner. I miss being casual. That was like, super OP on the basis of being a level 4 tuner.

To be fair....

A lot of Level 4 Tuners back in the day would do something to cripple/destroy/etc the Synchro you use it for, OR would jut be paired with some gimmick as to how you would use it(Debris Dragon, for example). So Top Runner, having like none of that, was pretty cool.

.....

Except TCG made Rose Warrior, and being searchable by RotA was funking amazing.

...Top Runner, old friend.

It's time.

On Topic: As much as I'd love to use this thing in my old Gadget Deck that uses Top Runner, it just wouldn't work at all.

Seems pretty alright, though. Synchro decks with a lot of same Types and Attributes would have a field day with this, probably.

With this card, we are one step closer to achieving the

But seriously, this card isn't very impressive. It requires you to run specific tuner monsters (based on my brain catalog of tuner targets) that have little to no use outside of Synchro Summoning, and it's still an inherent -1 that does what most Synchro decks could do without a sweat.

Oh, and Top Runner sucks.

Well, it could work with MPB, it's just, the thing is is that their tuners are levels 1, 2, and 3. So you can't summon the level 1, and since those first two tuners are the ONLY level 1 and 2 they have, you'd be ditching a tuner to just get another tuner. Your best bet would be to ditch O-Lion (the level 2) for Blue Impala (the level 3), as you can use O's grave effect for an extra NS.

As for Karakuri, can't say, as I'm not sure if people run Saizan or not.

I should add that this card CAN'T be used in Speedroids, unless you happen to run a level 2 WIND Machine monster in it as well, as they do not happen to possess a level 2 of their own. Their only tuners are Red-Eyed Dice, which is level 1, and Den Den Archduke and Tri-Eyed Dice as level 3. But in hindsight, Speedroid Symphonics could gleefully run this card, even if it would be inferior to/costlier than Guitaars.
