Samus saw the yellow mouse fire a huge burst of electricity. Deciding to join in, she saw the pool of Phazon from the metroid's last attack. Knowing her suits ability, she jumped into it. The suit then refigured the Arm Cannon into the Phazon Beam. Samus unleashed a wave of destruction into the metroid. The metroid could not take the power of the double attack and let loose a terrible screech and exploded. Samus and the mouse creature were forced to the cavern walls by the force of the explosion. When the light faded, there were no remains. As the mouse went to investigate the injured Captain, Samus found strange metal shards that gave out strange energies. Samus scanned the shards and found it was a part of a malevolent being. The Captain regained conscience and the mouse creature exclaimed "Pika!". Samus had no time to waste. She got her grapple beam and grappled out of the caverns to find the evil being.

Quickly gauging his threats, Mesogog determined that the lightly dressed girl with the unorthodox weapons was the biggest threat. "Tyranno Drill!" he roared, firing up the weapon that had defeated him so many times...

 

...only to have his massive Zord brought to the ground by a mighty blow from the sky, and then be bashed by an otherworldly strength. Link and Ganondof had returned on Dragoon... and they had brought another two beings with them on Hydra.

Dazed, the third-form Metroid Prime realized that it now had its body back. It realized that in order to help its mother, it needed more power... power it didn't have, but could get. Assembling its exoskeleton, the mighty beast merged with the massive warship it was on, now emblazoned with the words Halberd Prime. It began to pilot the ship towards Angel Island: the source of evil energy it was seeking.

"...You have served me well, Nightmare," a vile voice growled gleefully. "But I have no use for your body any longer. See now what it is like to have a vessel, my friend."

 

"Gladly, Inferno," Nightmare returned, leaving its body behind for the mortal soul within as it merged with its master.

"What of Siegfried?" Inferno wondered aloud. "...He is too weak to use Nightmare's body. He will die shortly." As it flew away, it had no idea how wrong it was...

R.O.B. hit a Gyro at the other Zords to distract their attention from the reinforcements. Olimar then commenced to throwing purple pikmin at the other enemies.

 

DeDeDe felt a surge in his phantom Soul Edge Hammer. ``Inferno...'' the corrupted king thought. Feeling his soul drawn toward it, DeDeDe made his way toward Soul Edge, to be once again joined into him.

Samus' sensors went berserk as Prime infested the ship and the alarms were deafening. She was unable to scan the surroundings due to ther scan visor being damaged during the explosion. Right before her eyes, she saw the ship shift form and the lights dimmed completely. She turned on her headlamps and continued her way out of the ship.

OOC: you know, I don't think i asked this, but is Zelda's and Sheik's SSBL the same thing?

 

Zelda regrouped with Pikachu and the two looked around confused. The ship they where in had changed from more then that, they did not know where to go next. "I guess we should fallow that warrior" Zelda thought allowed so that Pikachu could take the suggestion, and not having any better idea, Pikachu agreed, so the two walked after Samus, who seemed to know what she was doing better then either of them.

 

Talim saw the huge drill attack heading towards her and new she was in trouble. For a moment, she was in too much shock to react, then she shook her head out of it, and used her Swift Espada attack to spring herself out of the range of the drill. After she was out of direct harms way, she was able to take a look around and proses the new arrivals. Her eyes gleamed with joy when she saw Link had returned, although she was a bit less enthusiastic about the return of Ganondorf. The next thing to hit her was a cold chill. A dark wind blew in from nearby and she knew that something bad had just happened. 'Inferno' she mouthed in disbelief, not wanting to admit the return of the evil creature to this world to herself, but there was little else it could be. "We must finish this up quickly" she said, turning her attention back to the Dinozord "I suppose its time to see what these things can do" she finished, and drew the Double Crescent Blades, her SSBL, and attack the Zord with them, hoping to finish this fight now.

Samus wandered around the ship, aimlessly due to her map of the ship being damaged. She came across a broken computer and some repair tools. She rebooted her internal computer and repaired her visors. When she was finished, her radar detected 3 lifeforms heading in her direction. She turned on her X Ray Visor and saw the mouse creature and two humanoids. She headed towards them. She needed back up to fight the monster she saw on the top of the ship.

OoC: @TGU: He's screwed up already; the Blue Falcon was destroyed twice.

@Kazerak: Yes.

@CF: Sorry, but neither are playable. Wait for SSBLII after the tournament (I plan way too far ahead).

 

IC:

 

Without saying a word, the youngest hero fired three Fire Arrows at once into the TyrannoZord head on the monster Zord's chest, while the older Link fired a bomb attached to an arrow into it. Arakus silently used his Teleport Powder to get up on top of the Zord, firing a scarlet bolt of energy into its mouth from Alondite, and Ganondorf then slammed an energy-charged fist into the massive monster's jaw. All three were quickly shaken off by the BioZord's convulsion.

 

"Urrrgh..." Mesogog moaned, dizzied. The Thundersaurus BioZord began to spark. However, unfortunately for the group, help was about to arrive for the demi-lizard in the form of a white draconic pterasaur Zord...

"Ah, DeDeDe," the great fiery demon greeted his crazed disciple with a sadistic leer. "I'm so glad you've arrived. I have need of something from you..." He formed a flaming version of Kaleidoscope, the legendary whip of fire. "I'll be taking your shards," it growled, plunging the mock Kaleidoscope's tip into the maddened king's hammer. DeDeDe immediately returned to his senses, wooden hammer restored.

 

"It's time to create the Chaos Realm!" he roared, creating a fiery sphere that began to expand, assimilating all it touched as though it were Subspace.

OoC: SGY, before, I told him the Blue Falcon could have a self repairing function, and i guess he forgot to Rp it. How was the Blue Falcon destroyed twice? I thought it was only once.

 

IC: As Samus headed towards the humanoids, her long range detectors, went berserk. Massive energy anomilies that defied many laws of physics were detected. It even seemed to have similar energies theorized by some scientists that created dimensions. Samus had no idea what to make of this information. Then she met up with the two humanoids. One was Captain Falcon, still hurt by the direct tackle by Metroid Prime, the other was an elf. Samus scanned her and her scanned showed her that she was on her side. "Let's go. We have to help the people fighting on top of the ship," Samus said with a bit of bravado in her voice, "But first, we have to get some medical treatment for the Captain." Samus checked her schmatics of the Halberd and according to her computer's calculations of Metroid Prime's reshaping of the ship, there was a medical bay a floor above them. Samus then lead the others to the nearest elevator, the mouse creature leading using its electricity to illuminate the hall.

Pikachu was more then happy to help, and had plenty of electricity in himself to create the light they needed. He happily led the way for the others, fallowing Samus's instructions as to where to go.

 

Zelda fallowed in the back of the group, still worried about all the goings on. Link had rode off with Ganondorf for an unknown reason, Talim vanished and to where she did not know, and she sensed a powerful spike in evil. She was worried for her kingdom which she had left to go on this quest, and for what lied ahead on this journey. Whatever her path held, she would need to be strong.

Mommy's friend needs help, Metroid Prime thought as it observed goings-on inside of the ship. I'll provide it. It swiftly rearranged the ship so that the medical bay was through the door right in front of the group.

 

OoC: It doesn't make much sense to have a repairing function if the thing was blown to smithereens. It's barely the same compounds as it was before. Plus, even if it repaired itself once, MP destroyed it again, recognizing its potential as a missile.

Blaze surveyed the surrounding carnage and sighed. there was nothing for her here. Sonic wasn't here, and neither was anyone else that she even knew, and it seemed to be too big for her to get her head round. She sighed. What could she do anyway? She wasn't even sure who they were fighting. It was all so confusing.

OoC: Well, can you make this exception. He really likes Blue Falcon because he a complete F-Zero fan. He pratically worships the series. How about the Blue Falcon has nanites that reassembles the racer, removing foreign elements and gathering needed materials from the environment.

 

IC: There was another convulsion that shook the ship, and the ship's rooms rearranged. "Great. Now we'll never find the medical bay," Samus said disappointed. As Samus tried to recalibrate her map, the mouse was tugging at her arm. "What is it?" Samus responded a bit irritated. She was embarrased to find the medical bay right beside her. "Well...we better get him some treatment," Samus said trying to cover her embarressment. The medical bay was a mess. Beds were smashed, medicines were rolling on the floor, the lights were flickering in a feeble attempt to stay on and the hazardous waste basket was dangerously tipping, threatening to tip over. The mouse restablished the lights, the elf cleaned up the medicine while Samus supported the Captain to the nearest intact bed. The elf seemed to have found some bandages and a brace. Although the bandages were good and the brace fitted, the Captain was in no condition to fight. Although Samus wanted to go now, everyone needed a break, so she decided to let everyone get a rest. She took off her helmet, it was getting hot in it. "So, what are your names? I didn't have time to ask."

"Well, I am Samus Aran, intergalactic bounty hunter," Samus replied, "Well, I think one of us should better stay with him while someone comes with me so I can get a bearing of where we are." Pikachu decided to stay with the captain while Samus and Zelda walked out of the room. Samus turned on her headlamps and looked down the hall. It was abandoned and their footsteps echoed loudly against the metal.

 

After a while of walking around, Samus found a computer terminal. She accessed it, hoping that Metroid Prime was updating the map of the ship. To her suprise, Prime actually updated the maps to the current configuration. It seemed that Prime was on their side for some reason. This made no sense to Samus. Why would Prime try help them after trying to destroy them? Then there was another energy fluctuation. Now the energy actually formed a large sphere in the middle of space. It also seemed that Zelda sensed the fluctuation too as she winced in what seemed like pain. Samus then led Zelda back to the medical bay. This was getting mysterious. What in the universe has the power to create an entire dimension?

@SR: Oh, yeah. Here goes.

Midna -- Trapped inside Halberd Prime's boiler room; MP doesn't know she's there.

Darknut -- In the first plane of the Chaos Realm.

Roy -- Just got the Critical Hit. Send him to Chaos Realm if you'd like; the first plane is perpetual hail on icy ground.

Marth -- Was imprisoned in Mesogog's warship. I'd get him out of there before the ship goes kablooey, if I were you.

Obi-Wan -- Dueling DV atop Mesogog's warship. As I said before, if I were you, I'd have him scram, and fast.
