Pit sets down Ike on another world and goes back to Metaknight's ships. Hesends his churubians to pull Metaknight out of the portal. Just when he clears the entrance it is night on this world and metaknight dissapears. "what the !?!?!" Pit exclaims in surprise.

 

Metaknight feels something holding on to him. He reaches the edge of the portal and thinks "here is my chance". He uses his power to dissapear in the night and vanishes, becoming visible again just above pit. He spins wielding his blade for revenge.

 

Ike wonders what is going and where he was being taken when suddenly he is set down. He looks around trying to figure out who had him. He sees a pair of wings when he is suddenly overcome by the soul edge shard in his back pocket. He turns on Roy and Marth and grabs them.

Seizing his chance, Ganondorf charged his sword with shadow energy, slashing at Ike, Marth, and Roy all at once. However, he hadn't noticed Pikachu, whose Skull Bash connected with his blade arm and knocked the weapon to the ground. He snatched Ike's shard of Soul Edge and combined it with the one he already had, forming a shard with an eye about the size of a dagger. The Evil King used his Wizard's Foot to trick Pikachu from rolling away from his weapon, and then picked up the sword, dashing away.

Blaze was curious enough as to who in hell that cannonball organism was, and who the soldiers were that carried him away. She Axel Tornado'd up onto the surface of Halberd II, striking both MetaKnight and Pit while she was at it. Landing on the deck, she turned to Mewtwo, who immediately teleported the duo back to ground level.

 

OoC: Gardevoir is now available for use by the controller of Deoxys.

Pikachu shook of Ganondorf's attack and ran after him. He was after the shards too apparently and there might have been a connection between and his attackers. Pikachu used quick attack to catch up with Ganondorf and then tripped him up with his tail

Metaknight hits the deck of the Halberd II and gets a blurry head for his troubles. "I just want to inspect the damage to my ship!" he yells at no one in particular. He dissapears again and becomes visible again behind Blaze and knocks her unconscious.

As Ganondorf was tripped by Pikachu, he decided to turn the electric mouse's attack against it. He jumped in midair with his shadow powers and used a Wizard's Foot to knock away the electric mouse. However, to his horror, a portal from nowhere appeared...

Blaze hoped her trick of "falling unconscious" worked. Though she was seriously ticked off at the armored blue being, she had a job to do and a person to find. Falling through the deck when MetaKnight wasn't looking, the fire-cat launched herself out of a cannon and, from there, safely onto solid ground. She wasn't exactly surprised when she attracted the attention of the passing princess Zelda.

 

OoC: Where's Midna? Jysgarren is still latched onto Halberd II; it would be helpful if the two met.

OoC: Thanks, I was hoping Midna would find "Jysgarren" soon.

 

BiC: Roy was knocked out, but Marth got back up. He charged at the dark wizard. However, a portal appeared out of nowhere and started to draw Marth inside. He fell in.

 

Midna was walking around the ship when she bumped into someone. She looked up and was shocked. "Link! I've been looking for you everywhere!"

 

Darknut left the wherehouse in search of more Soul Shards. As he walked, a portal appeared out of nowhere. One of the knights Darknut fought earlier fell out. The blue-haired warrior got up and prepared to fight when he saw Darknut. Darknut didn't even look like he felt like trying. His victory was assured.

 

Obi-Wan stared as the White Ranger(o.0) had his sword at the Jedi's throat. He used his powers to knock his attacker at Wario.

OoC: Midna calls him Link. People only say Jysgarren when they know there are three Links to contend with.

 

IC:

 

"Holy freakin' crap..." Let's just say that Jysgarren felt awkward here. "For once I wasn't hallucinating... Catch is, I can't get up. The Clawshot is stuck." He scratched behind his ear distractedly.

Talim didn't exit in what she would call a happy place. A little yellow thing was chasing after a being that could only be the Great King of Evil, Ganondorf. Remember everything Link had told her about the dark sorcerer, she felt that the only thing she could do to keep her conscience intact was to ready her Double Crescent Blades and attack. Ganondorf dodged the Crosswinds attack and swiped with his sword horizontally, but Talim ducked that maneuver, attempting a Swift Espada. Ganondorf rolled away and charged forward with a Flame Charge, an attack the shaman was barely able to avoid.

Pikachu finally recovered from Ganondorf's attack and skull bashed at him. He did not know who the strange girl who had emerged from the portal was, but he was glad for the distraction to his enemy.

 

Talim was equally confused about the yellow rat, but it seemed to be the enemy of the Evil King, who stunk distinctively of both his evil and a powerful feeling of Soul Edge's. He must have had at least two shards on him, and so she could not let him get away. Taking her chance after Pikachu hit him, she recovered from her dodge and attempted to hit him with another Crosswinds attack

 

Zelda noticed the strange cat creature, but did not do much to acknowledge it other then watch it for a few moments. She was still fallowing Link, and if he did not stop for it, then she could not either.

Ganondorf was brutally knocked into the Crosswinds attack by Pikachu's Skull Bash. Now angered, he rose, brandishing his sword brutally. Suddenly, shockingly, a glowing ball appeared from nowhere with a dramatic flash. Everyone was confused until they saw the symbol: the off-center cross signifying Super Smash Brothers. Since Talim had never seen the Smash Ball before, she didn't see why she ought to fight over it. However, Ganondorf and Pikachu went into a renewed fight over the Smash Ball. Pikachu Thundershocked it into Ganondorf's Warlock Slash, and then Skull Bashed over to its location, narrowly missing its upward swerve. As Pikachu and Ganondorf went for the prize, Ganondorf Dark Dove at Pikachu, striking him. He was able to Sorcerer's Spear it to the ground, activating its power.

 

Talim and Pikachu had one hell of a fight ahead of them. The titanic black boar was whirling its two golden swords triumphantly, ready to pound them into oblivion.

 

They wouldn't be alone.

Blaze growled in irritation at the travelers. As it turned out, Link had simply failed to notice her. Now that he had, he was rather grateful.

 

As the trio continued, though, they hit a portal. "Soul Edge is in there," Link murmured. "A piece big enough to be a weapon. Let's go."

 

OoC: Now, Link, Talim, Zelda, Blaze, and Pikachu stood united against Ganon, the Prince of Darkness. First boss fight of the game, yay! BTW, Ganon has no control over his actions and is being manipulated by Soul Edge, so don't expect XXXXXX XXXX to go berserk on him afterwards. Also, Warlock Slash and Sorcerer's Spear are the equivalents of Warlock Punch and Wizard's Foot while he's in his sword moveset. Ganondorf changes movesets every time he taunts. There are subtle differences.

OoC: Wait, what about Roy and Midna? Also, please about where Obi-Wan is.

 

BiC: Darknut and Marth crossed their swords. Marth stood no chance against Darknut thick sword, causing Marth's sword to shatter.

Pikachu cursed under his breath. He felt like an idiot for letting Ganaon get the orb from him. But what was done was done, and with a few new arrivals from the portal he was ready for round two. His cheeks sparked up and he fired a Thundershock attack at the giant prince of darkness.

 

 

Talim was hit by one surprise after another. First when the evil man transformed, then then when Link emerged from the near by portal, but the second seemed to be more pressing to her. "Link!" She shouted, running over to him.

 

Zelda quickly assessed the situation. It was Ganon again. It looked like they had numbers, but they would need great strength for this fight aswell. She began contemplating changing to Sheik. She would be better for dodging Ganon's attacks, but less powerful for ranged attacks. She decided to stay as Zelda for now and began to charge up a Din's Fire attack and take aim, ready to hit Ganon before he could hit them

The Drago Zord landed on Mesogog's warship, where an imperious figure ceased the fight with a lethal Force Grip.

 

"You are bold to return, Obi-Wan," he mused menacingly.

"You knew it would happen eventually," Obi-Wan retorted, breaking Vader's Grip and activating his Lightsaber.

 

"Am I missin' something here?" Wario whispered to Wolf. (Yay, alliteration! XD)

 

"Probably," the mercenary told his client. "Let them fight it out, we gotta find Mesogog."

 

"Oh yeah!" the greedy fatty realized. "He's planned to attack Mobius with this baby. He wants the Master Something. Don't remember what." As Obi-Wan and Vader crossed blades, the others sneaked below deck.

"This makes things one hell of a lot easier," Link grinned, the troubles of the last four hundred and sixteen years evaporating instantly. "Distract him; I'll find a Smash Ball for Zelda."

 

This was easier said than done. Ganon started with a sweeping slash, which the heroes were barely able to avoid. Zelda's Din's Fire then struck, followed by a Thunder from Pikachu and a Swift Espada from Talim. Not about to let this damage go unpunished, Ganon backed away from the group and started firing energy bolts from his hands at the group. Since they dodged that, he charged forward, striking all of his enemies at once — except his most pressing threat, who had once again vanished. Soon, much to Ganon's horror, Link returned, hurling a Smash Ball at Zelda. She broke it immediately, firing a paralyzing Light Arrow at Ganon's heart. When the evil beast was stunned, he was subject to an Icy Wind, a down-thrust, a Thunder attack, and smash attacks from Zelda and Blaze. The latter fired off an Axel Tornado which was immediately followed by a Flare Pirouette and a downward kick. Now Ganon was truly angered. He delivered another sweeping slash, and then stabbed forward, striking Link, Zelda, and Talim at once.

 

OoC: Ka-drama! Zelda needs three good shots with the Light Arrow to win. She can do them without Smash Balls now. After that, Link will need to beat Ganon to a Smash Ball to power him down. To SR, Roy is out cold, remember? And Midna is pretty much open to whatever. Get Link J. up on the deck, though. I'll write in Black Knight and Link M. soon.

Zelda got up after being knocked down from Ganon's attack. She rubbed her head a bit then shook it off. She needed hit him a few more times with her bow to take him down, but she didn't know how many shots she had left. Taking aim, she waited for her opening.

 

Talim got up and cringed a bit with a sharp pain. That attack was strong, but it wouldn't be enough to take her down. "Need a hand up Link" She asked, turning her concern to him for a moment and helping him to his feet, then turning her attention back to the beast. "Wind, give me strength" she pleaded, and charged the monster again with Crosswind.

 

 

Pikachu charged up his electric attack, then quick attacked right up to the large Ganon. "PIIKAACHUUU" ("Taake thiis") he squeeked as he preformed his Thunder attack

 

Zelda took this chance and saw it as an opening to fire her second shot from her Light Arrow

Ganon started backing away again. However, this time, he only charged forward. Link, who had been waiting for a real weakness, and Blaze, who had been attacking from long range, were barely able to avoid the attack. However, the rest were hit. Link caught Talim and Pikachu with his Clawshots, while Zelda teleported back to solid ground. Suddenly, Ganon started spinning around, blades outstretched.

Metaknight moves around his ships. inspecting the damage wrought by Lucario and Mewtwo. He shakes his head. Most of the autocannons would have to be replaced and the corriders would have to be refinished. He knows that in reality he should always stay with his ship but he was getting cramped.

 

Ike shakes his head, wondering what just happened. He sees Roy and rushes over to help him.

 

Pit sees the man take away the shard from Ike and went off in pursuit. He knows that he must get it back.

OoC: Bump. Fighters, how are you going to combat Ganon?

[Kazerak]

Zelda, Talim, and Pikachu take a step back in unison. With Ganon spinning like that there was little chance to make a good shot on him, and if Zelda tried to fire her bow again it would probably get deflected.

 

Talim was the first of them to act. She knew they couldn't attack him head on, but she had a trick for this. She jumped above him and attacked him downward with Swift Espada.

 

Pikachu fallowed her example and ran at Ganon, jumping and hitting him from above with Quick Attack.

 

 

Zelda charged and released another Din's Fire, trying to direct it to hit him under his rotating blades.

After being hit with Talim's Swift Espada, Ganon dropped his swords, unable to stop spinning. The other attacks hit him dead-on, causing him to stop spinning. Blaze's Fireball and Link's down-thrust caused the beast to hit the ground hard. Zelda took the opportunity to fire a Light Arrow into its forehead. The others charged in for the kill, just as a glowing orb appeared, unseen by the combatants...

Roy's unconscious and Marth's fighting Darknut somewhere else. Please edit your post.

 

BiC: Roy woke up and saw many of the fighters battling Ganon. Roy saw a Smash Ball, which the others apparently hadn't taken notice of yet. He quickly ran to it, but he accidently caught Ganon's attention as he attacked the ball.

 

Marth awoke inside a jail cell with Darknut standing guard. "Lord Nightmare wanted you to be imprisoned. He decided that you will be the first person he will use Soul Edge to kill. The mighty knight walked away chuckling as his prisoner sank into depression.

 

Obi-Wan attacked Darth Vader. "Anakin, you still have a chance. Please leave your evil ways behind you and side with the Jedi again!"

Ganon delivered a powerful slash to the ball, but Roy deflected it with a flaming attack from the Sword of the Seal. This bought Link enough time to fire a Fire Arrow at the Smash Ball, shattering it. Sending the beam of light straight into the evil beast's forehead, Link began to slash madly with Master C-Sword, bringing the dark being to the ground. A final down-thrust sent Ganon high into the sky. When he came down, he was in the form of Ganondorf. Following him were a pyramidal crystal that hit Link on the head, a pair of bladed tonfa that hit the ground in front of Talim, a pyrope sphere that struck Blaze, a gleaming silver arrow that embedded itself in the earth before Zelda, and a citrine pendeloque that knocked Pikachu to the ground.

OoC: Now you get to use the main gimmick of SSBL, which is the Super Smash Bros. Legacy. The SSBL is a super-powerful weapon or attack that you can only use once per fight. Talim has gained Double Crescent Blades, Link has gained Charged Master C-Sword, Blaze has gained Flaming Nova, Zelda has gained Silver Arrow, and Pikachu has gained Zap Cannon.

BiC: Roy saw a sword lying on the ground. He picked it up. "Is this the Critical Sword of the Seal?" He put the sword in his sheath and threw away his other sword.

[Kazerak]

OOC: so they get to use these powers once per battle?

 

IC: Pikachu, Zelda, and Talim each picked up the items that laid at there feet. They could feel the power that they posses. Moments later they rejoiced for there group victory, but the victory was felt only for a short time. Now it was time to decide what was to become of Ganondorf. Talim walked over to the evil prince. "You still posses shards of the evil sword on you, don't you? Give them to us, and we will not have to harm you any farther" She said tenderly. She did not want to take the life of anyone, but knew that the shards must be destroyed at all costs.

Zelda did not trust the dark prince to give up so easily. She readied her bow to strike him again if he should try to escape or attack again.

Pikachu looked around confused. He knew little about what was going on, or where Ike might have wondered off to. He shrugged, deciding that there enemy was the most important thing to focus on at this moment and readied for any trick he might try to pull as Zelda did.

Ganondorf looked around at the group, recalling his time as Ganon like it were a particularly vivid nightmare. Looking between Link and the shard, Ganondorf smiled.

 

"Time for the double-cross, then," the Great King smirked, watching as something very dangerous-looking fell from the sky like a meteor. "It's been late in coming." Throwing the shards he had collected into the air, he caught the falling zwiehänder and used its momentum to cut each piece in two. They evaporated soon afterwards.

 

"They'll reform," Ganondorf said grimly as the blade in his hand returned to its original state, "but not for a while. Come on, Link." The Hylian gave Talim a meaningful stare nodded, playing a short tune on his ocarina. What looked like a giant phoenix swooped down from the sky. What had seemed to be mortal enemies were now flying away on Dragoon without a second thought.
