Cervantes landed with a thump into the ruins of the Subspace Bomb Factory. The shard was embedded in a broken Subspace Bomb. Suddenly a blast hit him from behind. R.O.B. and Olimar had awakened from the wreckage to find DeDeDe missing. R.O.B., detecting a shard in the Subspace Bomb ruins, hurried to the spot, where they spotted Cervantes, and R.O.B. fired. Enraged, Cervantes ran toward the duo. I will not be denied! Cervantes thought hungrily in his head.

[Phantom Roxas]

In the Twilight Realm, the Twilight Princess sat at her throne.

Midna

The door burst open, and a mighty warrior in black armor carrying a large sword stood at the entrance.

Darknut

Midna rose from her throne. "What do you want?" Darknut didn't say anything, but slowly approached her carrying a small shard. "I must access Saqrundica. Where is the portal?" Midna didn't seemed scared. "I will never tell you. Guards!" Midna was shocked that no one came. Darknut chuckled. "I wiped out your guards. Now, tell me where the portal is or you will relive your worst nightmare." Midna sat down. "Do what you will, but you will never find it."

Darknut shook his head. "Such a disappointment." The mighty warrior threw the shard at her. It just missed her in the heart, but she wasn't fatally hurt. However, before her eyes, she had returned to her imp form. Darknut walked towards Midna. "Aren't you happy that you are back in this form again? Now, I'll take my shard back." Darknut took the shard from Midna, who screamed in pain. Darknut took a chain a wrapped it around Midna's neck. "Now, are you gonna be a good little girl and help me?" Midna's eyes burned with hate.

 

Two knights were walking through town. The red-haired one asked his blue-haired companion "Where is Ike?"

Roy

The blue-haired knight shrugged. "I don't know, but Princess Midna has requested the three of us to come to her castle as soon as possible. I think we should find Ike before doing so.

Marth

The two knights turned and saw Darknut carrying Midna by a chain. They have heard that this was a form Midna was once trapped in, and the sight of the black knight confirmed that he was responsible. The knights charged at Darknut, but he quickly batted them both away with a single strike with his sword.

 

Meanwhile, on Saqrundica, a man dressed in a tan outfit was flying in his ship as he saw the Slave I following a white mechanical dragon.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

Obi-Wan flew his ship behind the Slave I, but kept a safe distance away so he wouldn't be noticed.

Pikachi did not know the name of the blue haired warrior who traveled with him, but the friendly company was welcomed after he was attacked and in the confusion. Now that they had a shard, he knew that those people would be after them again, and this time he would be ready.

 

 

Elsewhere, an princess sat on her throne, looking worried. She sensed great evil brewing, and could not sit and wait any longer.

Princes Zelda stood from her throne and cast her gaze out the window. With a strong look in her eyes she felt the throne room. She new that if she was to help, she would need the help of the great hero. In a flash of light, the princess had transformed into Sheik and mounted her horse, riding out in search of the the great hero Link, the hodler of the Tri-force of courage and the hero of her land.

"Soul Edge... again..." The Evil King was a bit befuddled as to which way to turn. Master Hand would be furious at him for attempting to aid the evil blade, and he would certainly earn Link's animosity again, something that could easily jeopardize his mission easily. On the other hand, neither Link nor the hand he was so famous for defeating had been seen since Brawl, and if the dark king had heard right, the former was in 1591, contending with a past version of the blade. Inferno's wrath was also formidable.

 

"...Alright, I'll help you," the dark prince growled over the intercom. He decided not to mention that even the faintest rumor of Master Hand would send him rocketing to the other side. "I'm going to seek out the Hylas shards since I know the terrain."

 

"We warn you," Nightmare, well, warned, "The kings of Altea and Elibe have recently vanished. All worlds Saqrundicly labeled as 'Fire Emblem' worlds are in chaos."

 

"All the better for me, then," Ganondorf smirked, drawing his sword.

"Well, that was fun," Link growled in furious sarcasm, storming out into the Pokémon Stadium from the Saqrundican portal. Unfortunately for the poor Hero of Time (called Link from here on out), an evil aura that had clogged the world he had just left once again filled the air.

 

"WHAT?!" Link was really mad now. "I JUST GOT BACK!" Sighing, he approached Pikachu. "You don't want to keep that," he warned. "But don't let it into evil hands, either. I just destroyed that thing... It's back already?"

 

A little voice in his head reminded him, That was 416 years ago to the rest of the world. Breathing heavily to halt his nostalgia, Link turned to the source of an odd-sounding noise. Sure enough, something blue was on the horizon line, rocketing towards their location.

 

OoC: In case you couldn't tell, Link just finished Soul Calibur II, so he's pretty ticked at having Soul Edge there again. 'Specially since it was supposed to have killed Talim and Ivy (they got off since a fake Grim Reaper tried to take them).

 

For RC002, Deoxys is with Nightmare in the abandoned factory, awaiting orders, and Jango is flying with Wario, Star Wolf (Wolf, Panther, and Krystal), and the White Ranger.

DeDeDe waked up, dazed from the Whirling Fortress that hit him. His hammer was broken in two. Well this is just great. DeDeDe sighed. I don't know where I am, Bowser might have caught up to Peach by now, and my hammer's broken. The King of Dreamland shook his head. By did he ever get off his throne? Why did he have to picked up that metallic shard in the ground? ``Why, why, WHY?'' he moaned.

[Kazerak]

Pikachu regarded the boy in green for a moment then shook his head. "Pika pika, pi pi pi pika pika pika. Piiika, pika pika pi, pika pika pika" (I can't give up this shard yet, I need to to lure my attackers back to me. besides, my friend here is holding the shard, its his call what is done with it.") He said, gesturing over to Ike, and the pocket of his cloak where the shard is being kept

 

 

Sheik halted her hours as she reached a glowing portal. The Tri-Force of Wisdom shined for a moment and she knew that the portal was her path to Link, but if she went threw it, it would mean leaving her kingdom unprotected for the time being. She sighed, know that this was a lot bigger then just her kingdom. Taking one last glance at her land, and praying to the goddesses for its safety, she dismounted her horse, as it would not pass threw the portal, and stepped threw it.

Link smirked at the Pikachu's indignation. "Do you know the real nature of the shard?" he questioned. "Do you know exactly how evil it is? I do..." his voice trailed off. He was fighting so hard to keep from recalling his adventure that he barely noticed Zelda stepping through the Triforce-shaped portal behind him.

Falco dodged the grenade easily "You think you can hit with one of those cheap tricks?" Falco rushed foward, Snake smiled and pressed a button. C4 from underneath Falco exploded, blasting him back. "Haha, what was that about me not hitting you with one of those 'cheap tricks'? Now then, I'll be taking the shard."

Snake blew Falco away using he C4. After he took the shard away from the unconcious Falco, he ran off, looking for his employer.

POKEMON TRAINER

Pokemon Trainer was relaxing with his Pokemon, when Squirtle brought him a strange looking shard. "Hm? What's this Squirtle?" He asked curiously, "Squirt, squirtle." (I don't know) Squirtle said confused. "Squirtle! Return!" he shouted as a red light beamed from the Pokeball. "I better find somebody who know what this thing is." He said to himself, he got up and started searching for someone who would know what the shard is.

Pikachu shook its head no to Link's question. He only new the shards smelt sinister, and where slightly alluring, even to him, but he did not know what they were or where they came from. All he knew about them is that They wanted them, and if he wanted to find them he would need it to lure them.

 

 

Sheik glanced around the strange world she popped into and immediately noticed Link. She swiftly changed back into Zelda and ran over to him but stopped silent at the look on his face. He seemed troubled, and how could she place the weight of her kingdom on already troubled shoulders

 

 

Talim fallowed the wind, allowing it to guide her steps to the cursed sword as she did before. But it seemed to be pulling in two different directions. Her path was split, and it was for her to decide where to go next, there were two portals for her to chose from. She trusted her instincts and picked the one to the left, not knowing where it would lead to.

[Guest Supreme Gamesmaster]

"Zelda, you'll wanna hear this," Link said wearily. "These," he indicated the shard, "are pieces of the evil sword called Soul Edge. I was sent by the Gamesmaster back in time to 1591 to try and destroy it... it has a will of its own. Its power is to devour the souls of others." He grinned wryly. "That thing would have killed me if I hadn't had..." His voice trailed again. "...Help," he finished, more solemnly than ever. Suddenly, he rose.

 

"If you're not going to let me destroy the shard," he addressed Ike and Pikachu, "I'm going after more of them. You can be with or without me." He jogged away.

The imperious figure stormed into the control room of the starship, his immense form still partially concealed. "These are what you seek, are they not?" he demanded of the evil pilot, holding out a large shard of Soul Edge to him.

 

"Yesss," Mesogog hissed in his distinctive voice. "That is what I seek..."

 

"Very well," the figure said aloud. "I shall find more of them." He stalked out of the room, every bit as menacing as when he made his entrance.

The Greek rose steadily, regaining her balance just soon enough to see the portal closing behind her. Peering around the side of the building she had emerged behind, she saw a bizarre sight: a short, stocky man in suspenders standing in front of a blonde in a pink dress, being attacked by some sort of draconic being. She wasn't about to stand for it, but she didn't plan on acting, either. That is, not until she detected a shard of the much-loathed sword's stench drifting on the air.

 

"For the last time, hand over the shard!" Bowser roared, furious.

 

"You're not getting it!" Cassandra yelled defiantly, drawing her weapons.

Zelda ran after him, not wanting to loose track of him after the time she spent searching, and still feeling that he was the best hope for this to all be resolved.

 

Pikachu looked confusedly up at Ike. He had the shard, so it was his call what they would do next.

[Davok]

Though Cervantes was the most skilled, he was outnumbered. But his hunger drew back the fighting duo's attempts to stop him. He tried to tug at the shard inside the Subspace Bomb, but it wouldn't budge, and he was soon blasted by a laser from R.O.B. He panted hungrily. It will NOT end like this... defeated by a meddlesome robot and a tiny little GOLDFISH! Cervantes roared and sliced through R.O.B. and Olimar, breaking open the Subspace Bomb. Grabbing it, Cervantes ran as fast as he could out of there, before the bomb blew up. R.O.B. following him, while Olimar, confused ran a different way. The Subspace Bomb exploded, but fortunately the three were not in it at the time.

 

King DeDeDe trailed along, with no hammer, no nothing. Suddenly he noticed another shard lying around. It's temptation was too much. Come to me...the shard pleaded. Come for ultimate power.... It was too much for DeDeDe. He picked it up. The shard dissolved in his hand, inserting itself inside the king. A dark aura surrounded him, and he laughed evilly. The blade told him to go to where Nightmare was...

[Phantom Roxas]

Darknut dragged Midna behind him. He stood at a gate guarded to by armored knights. The guards attacked Darknut, but he easily slayed them both. He opened the gate. Inside, there were shreds floating in air. He stared at Midna. "You tricked me!" Midna laughed. "No, this is the portal to Saqrundica, but I destroyed it long ago. Darknut was now very angry. "Perhaps my shard will work. But, what will happen to it? We shall see." Darknut threw the shard. When it hit the area of the shreds, it started to sparkle, combining all the shreds into a portal. Darknut ran quickly trying to grab the shard, but he fell into the portal. Roy and Marth just arrived, but too late. Marth but his sword in the ground. "Damn, he got away." Midna shook her head. "No, if we follow him, we can stop him. I know someone who can help us. Come, follow me." The two knights and the princess walked into the portal.

 

Back on Saqrundica, Obi-Wan was still trailing the trips as he entered a dense fog. He sped up close to the Slave I. When he was close enough, he jumped from his ship and landed on the Bounty Hunter's aircraft.

Pit finally gets a command from his commander to go down and find out what has been happening. Pit then seizes his chance to help by coming down from the sky. Never does he see the two men running towards him.

 

Ike sees something with wings fall gently from the sky but he ignores it. He just keeps on running hoping to find someplace safe to rest. He has finally realized that he is being followed.

 

Metaknight figures out what the object with wings was when it first fell. He knows it is an angelknight but he doesn't care. He is still focused on Ike.

[Careless Whisper]

-"The ship's auto cannons are now destroyed." Lucario reported.

Mewtwo looked around at the inert figures that now lay as waste around the two. "And the hostiles are neutralized. We must find the Captain of this ship and bring him down as well.

So the two pokemon left for the main tower of the Ship, leaving the broken mass of metal, blood, and ash.

[Careless Whisper]

OOC: No, delete what Metaknight said, me and Zoloa37 already went over with what going to happen.

Pit lands on the ground. He suddenly leaps back into the air so he can see what is happening in all of the worlds. He sees his destination and starts his journey.

 

Ike finds himself back on Metaknight's ship and sees the destruction. He muses to himself, "i wonder what happened here". He feels air move behind and swings around and hits Mewtwo in the face with the flat of his sword.

 

Metaknight follows Ike wondering still what might be happening at the moment in another world.

[Careless Whisper]

Mewtwo spits out blood after the sudden strike and looked back at the swordsman that hit him. "What the hell?" He yelled out in pain.

-"Lucario, let's go, we're done here." Mewtwo cried out.

-"Yes..." Lucario responded, alittle bewildered by the fact that Mewtwo was bleeding for once.

And they both gave Ike one last look and then they both dissappeared.

[Phantom Roxas]

Darknut was teleported near a wherehouse. "How convenient, this is where I was supposed to meet Lord Nightmare."

 

Midna, Roy, and Marth were teleported on top of an aircraft. Roy and Marth saw Ike fighting a strange alien. Roy and Marth charged at Mewtwo.

 

Obi-Wan climbed along the Slave I making sure not to fall off. He set his ship to get to safety. He was on the top of the ship and took out his Lightsaber. He impaled the top and cut a square shape large enough for him to jump through. Once inside, he snuck away for cover so he wouldn't be noticed by anyone.

Pikachu recognized Mewtwo, but he left before he could say anything. Pikachu looked up at Ike a little confused as to why he swung at Mewtwo without talking first, but that might have just been the way this boy did things. Pikachu shrugged a bit and put it out of his head

Jysgarren thought he saw something on board Halberd II as it sailed overhead. Upon closer inspection via Hawkeye, he discovered three swordsmen fighting a sort of alien. Suspicious, the Hero of Twilight fired a bomb arrow straight into the middle of the fray and activated his Clawshot, catching on to a cannon on the enormous craft.

"The Mighty Darknut," Nightmare growled in satisfaction when he saw the Darknut stalking about the warehouse. The soldier immediately shifted to a still, respectful pose as Soul Edge's vessel approached him. Summoning energy into his claw, Nightmare presented the Darknut with a shard of Soul Edge.

 

"Your task is to find more of these," he explained. "You will be rewarded greatly for serving Soul Edge."

On Parax, all was deathly still. A lone figure regarded a portal in the sky with bated breath. For an agonizing moment, nothing happened. Then, what seemed to be a blue-and-silver cannonball came rocketing into the ground, knocking the empress aside.

OoC: MetaKnight got knocked off Halberd by Jysgarren's bomb arrow and fell into a Paraxsian portal.

Pit sees what is happening on halberd and decides to help out ike by sending his trubiens to attack. Pit then appears himself and takes ike to another world.

 

Metaknight wonders what just happened and where he is. he peers into the darkness trying to make sense before falling unconscious.

Roy and Marth charged into the portal after their friend. Luckily, the angel that they were following wasn't attacking Ike.

 

Midna tried to get to safety so Mewtwo wouldn't attack her. Then again, she didn't know how powerful the Legendary Pokemon was.

 

Darknut gave his shard to the fabled Azure Knight. He didn't want to risk losing it. He bowed to his master and took his leave.

 

Obi-Wan stealthily walked around the ship. He saw the Bounty Hunter Jango Fett and attacked, deflecting every bullet shot at him.

Ganondorf was quite alarmed when Roy, Marth, Pit, and Ike came rocketing out of a portal into Bern just after he had retrieved a shard of Soul Edge, but that was more out of being startled than of hopelessness. Drawing his sword, Ganondorf decided it would be best to go after Marth first. He successfully connected with a Flame Choke, throwing Marth into Roy. Both knights toppled to the ground.

"Hey, wha—?" Wario gawked at Obi-Wan's intrusion. "White dude, geddim outta there!" The White Ranger obeyed, directing Drago Zord to reach its head into the hole in Slave 1, bite down on Obi-Wan, and toss him onto Drago Zord's back, where the White Ranger held his Drago Sword to the Jedi's neck.

 

"On the bright side, we're comin' up on our boss's ship," Wario pointed out, "so we'll have some place to dump the prisoner." Sure enough, Mesogog's warship loomed in the distance...

Pikachu didn't want to loose his chance to meat back up with his attackers and rushed threw the portal after the knights in time to see Roy and Marth topple. Pikachu eyed there attacker and sparked up his red cheeks again, ready to help them fight.

 

 

Zelda caught up with Link and ran beside him. She still was not sure of everything that was going on, but apparently he was, and she was ready to give everything both of her forms had to help make things right.
