Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A is pretty much a time bomb; either you kill something + bounce it to your hand OR it dies during the Main Phase 2. You could skip your own MP2 but there's no guarantee the opponent will (and likely won't). Well, there is Terminal World to kill that drawback, however gimmicky that may turn out to be. Also having an Armades-esque effect is neat, despite the need for a WIND monster. Card B only gets the monster pop in Wind-Ups, so there's that to consider.I would think Wind-Ups would enjoy having a 2300 Catastor to mow down things, but I haven't seen them used in quite a while. Also, it's a slower MST of sorts, but that's still nice for a generic Rank 4 with a decent body. --------Overall, I think A fits the theme a little better, due to it not being limited to an Archetype (albeit one that had been hit a good amount due to the banlists).B certainly has merit though as a Rank 4 generic (although it would likely not be a primary choice). Enguin Enguin Enguin Enguin
A is like Neo-Spacian Grand Juragedo, which gives it straight away more utility than B which is a rank 4 Alucard that becomes a half-Catastor if you summon it with cards that just aren't good anymore. The fact that you can drop Cartraskl into the likes of Yosenjus and Psy-Frames gives it a huge advantage. Both of those decks are at least somewhat relevant, and the way this is designed to get an Armades off of other Winds being on board and such I imagine this was in mind when it was made. It also doesn't disrupt either deck by removing itself from the field to be used again, and act as a semi-Battle Fader. Also I love the name and typing but that's neither here nor there. Zenmaim, as I said in the opening sentences, is rank 4 Alucard except it can pop face-ups. The fact that its effect on which the card is supposed to be based is conditional to it being used in a certain deck which isn't anything decent right now doesn't help its case. Can't help feeling it doesn't properly keep to the theme and it not being generic kills it for me. Vote for A.
