Once per turn, if you gain LP: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate its effect(s) until the end of the turn.2500 ATK/ 1200 DEFCard B1 WATER Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned: Change all face-up monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position, also your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of this turn. Monsters changed to Defense Position by this card's effect cannot change their battle positions, except with a card effect. (This restriction remains even after this card has left the battlefield or the monster is unaffected by card effects.) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Negate the effects of monsters this card destroys by battle. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A works with Aromages (as its name might imply) and offers a degree of protection for them, coupled with negation, which isnice. That in mind, other Plant decks can use this too, but not nearly as effectively, given the LP condition. You can still use the protection effect, but much less mileage out of it (unless you can kill the opponent's points quicker to make up for lack of your own LP restoration). ----- Card B forces monsters to Defense Position and forbids manual changing. This is coupled with a Spell/Trap lock on the opponent, piercing to capitalize on the Defense Position and negating stuff it kills in battle. The changing thing doesn't stop the opponent from making ED with them (bar for bosses). Material-wise, there aren't too many WATER Tuners that are really viable (right now, 17 of them), so there lies getting it out in the first place. It can be done though (Greydles can PROBABLY make this along with Dragon, but I won't say further b/c I don't play them). -----So yeah, I'll have to give it to A on the grounds that I am iffy on B locking the opponent's options on its summon turn among other things, and the relative difficulty with respect to its materials. A is sort of restricted outside of Aromas due to the way the card functions, but it's cohesive with whatever they have so far.

Northern Sage
Card A does a decent job at supporting Aromas, with a fitting card type as Plants have a decent range of tuners to use. I don't really think they gain LP at a quick enough speed for the first effect to really be useful continuously, but the second effect solidifies it pretty well just in general.B has one-sided Cold Wave until the EP and can just freeze all monsters your opponent controls with small chance of switching back. Yeah, it's a bit borked.Vote for A.
Cool Girl
I vote for B because I don't see how card A would be useful for a plant deck
Nathanael D. Striker
I vote for B because I don't see how card A would be useful for a plant deck Please elaborate on your reasoning. Can't accept your vote like this. 2-0 Card A
Dova
I vote for B because I don't see how card A would be useful for a plant deck*cough* Aromage *cough* That's how I see Card A working. It would make an interesting protector, especially since it protects multiple monsters at once. It is also mildly generic, so perhaps a 0 - 1 in other Plant Decks. Would need a tuner, but a small price to pay. With Card B: Ouch, a turn lockdown. Solemn or GG, due to the damage. At least Monster effects still work, so you can use that destroyed Necro Gardna. I would've said it was OP except for that. Monster effects are playing more and more, so that destruction effect negation is useful. The piercing works well with the Battle Position changing effect. Close, but I'll go with Card B, due to the power but not overpower of it.
