Ryusei the Morning Star
http://in.rbth.com/world/2014/06/03/does_the_west_fear_a_ric_alliance_35697 As long as the BJP and Modi are in control I can actually see this working out. Yes China and India are competitors, but China has very little to gain from actually backing Pakistan, investing in the Indian Rail Ways on the other hand is quite something. Throw in that Iran and India are actually friendly and a fairly powerful Anti-NATO is quite possible. Xi Modi and Putin is about the best possible set of three leaders to make this happen http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2014-09-19/news/54109084_1_boundary-issue-boundary-question-border-areas Also this seems to be going well despite the slight problem with the Ambassador issue. I don't recall the exact predicted profit from Chinese investment in the IR, but it's was massive on the scale of China and Russia's energy program
