Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon". One of the best legal Dragons out there. Honestly I'd say contesting for the #1 spot with Trishula With the new Dragon Lord Structure Deck coming out, I was thinking this could maybe go to 2.
