LDEJRuff Posted December 4, 2015 Report Share Posted December 4, 2015 I've been making some cards with a vector-making program called Inkscape, which is a free-to-use program. I know about the cloud filter tool, and have used blurs for some of the details. Unfortunately, this, which is an example of a Normal Monster card from the Monster Card template, is the end result: I want my cards to have the background resemble what the clouds appear to be in this blank Normal Monster card.
