Well it's not quite the same as Breakthrough, as you aren't able to use it in chain to things, but it can negate floodgates as well as monster effects, so yeeah. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted December 24, 2015 Report Share Posted December 24, 2015 Because its original form is too strong (which is basically Breakthrough Skill for face-up cards), I stripped the Quick effect and made it only during your turn.That being said, Metaphys does this card's job better though (because of its permanent negation, which original version does have, but not here). But I can certainly change it to negate once during your turn; would help to kill backrow and other triggers. ----Otherwise, it does shut off floodgates for a while, which can be helpful. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted December 25, 2015 Report Share Posted December 25, 2015 I think Darkness rejected some floodgate-esque cards down the line earlier, so maybe Flash won't have as much usage here as the TCG/OCG.Not really sure though. And again, original version I posted earlier in the morning WAS a Breakthrough Skill of such for face-ups, however that was a turn-off for some people.OPT negation during your turn should be suitable enough, and more/less keep the original flavor I had in mind for this. Last Minute Party Cancel:Trap/CounterWhen your opponent would Summon a monster(s) for the third or more time this turn: Negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster(s). You cannot activate this card if you control 2 or more monsters. You can only activate 1 "Last Minute Party Cancel" per turn.http://imgur.com/IpBaqgJ This card in specific is meant to help decks which don't do very well against spam decks, while being inconvenient to use if you already have too much advantage (negating summons when you already have a good lead is probably the most frustrating scenario Summon Negation cards create). I'm still working on different Summon Negation cards for other possible scenarios (its hard to make it fair, and LP cost is not the way to go). The last effect applies to the RUM, not the monster, which is why I put it on a separate line. I would've put the added effect later in the RUM effect, but I felt it messed up the flow of the card.
