These villains rides black D-Wheels and they are already controling almost the whole city. But there's a little group of duelists who is called The Rebellions. These wants the city to be normal again. List of Characters you can be: The Rebellions Leader (max 1):The Rebellions Members (unlimited): kst80 The Black Riders Leader (max 1, has 1 each of the Wicked Gods):The Black Riders Elite Trio (max 3, each of them has 1 of the Sacred Beasts): kst80The Black Riders Members: You can also be a Police, these are neutral. If you choose to be a Police, you can select to be either a Rebellion or a Black Rider as your second character. You can use own made cards as long as they aren't overpowered.We start when there is 3 Rebellions and 3 Black Riders. Keep orginality, It's not fun if 2 Black Riders play with Dark World Decks, but I was going to change anyway :P And the other thing, all the Black Riders D-Wheels is completely black except the elite trios, wich has trim that has the same color as theire Sacred Beast.
