Introducing a new targeting effect I call "transformation", it is based on Cardfight's "Lock" Keyword (never played just thought it was cool). Phrased as: "it is treated as an occupied Monster Zone (it cannot be used as a Monster Card)." It works as temporary removal without hope of retrieval. Only to be found as a Spell Speed 1 effect. The Rising Stars focus on having somewhat powerful effects while maintaining low levels and low stats. They can make good low rank xyz material but really focus on the main deck. I've yet to test them to see how they work against speedier ED heavy decks. (2) If this card is destroyed as a result of battle you can Banish this card and target the monster that battled this card; Until your next turn, it is treated as an occupied Monster Zone (it cannot be used as a Monster Card). [spoiler=AEQUALSSaiyama][spoiler=Lore](1) When this monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard: you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower "Rising Star" monster from your deck in Attack Position or face-down Defense Position (except "A=Saiyama, the Rising Star), and if you do, you can Banish this card. (2) During the End Phase of a turn that this card was Banished: Draw the top card of your opponent's deck. [spoiler=REQUALSChinen][spoiler=Lore](1) When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard: you can target 1 of your Banished "Rising Star" monsters, and if you do, whenever you would receive Battle Damage this turn, your opponent gains Life Points equal to half the damage you would have received instead. Also, during the End Phase: you can Banish this card from your graveyard to Special Summon the monster targeted for this effect. (2) At the start of your Battle Phase: if the combined Level/Rank of all monsters you control is 10 or lower, you can target another monster you control; it can attack your opponent directly this turn. [spoiler=DishEQUALSDish][spoiler=Lore](1) At the start of each player's Battle Phase: you can target a monster your opponent controls; Until the end of the turn when that monster is targeted (except by the effect of "Dish=Dish, the Rising Star") your opponent chooses another card they control (if able); the effect targeting this card's target also affects yours opponent's chosen card (ignoring all other conditions). (2) When this card is destroyed as a result of battle: you can Banish this card to add 1 "Rising Star" monster from your deck to your hand. [spoiler=YEQUALSMatsutoya][spoiler=Lore](1) When this monster is Summoned, if you control no other monsters: you can Special Summon 1 of your Banished "Rising Star" monsters (except "Y=Matsutoya, the Rising Star"), and if you do, you can Banish this card. (2) While this card is in Defense Position: double any damage inflicted by your "Rising Star" monsters. Until the End Phase, the ATK of the second target becomes equal to the ATK of the first target. This card cannot attack this turn. ● Activate only while the combined Level/Rank of all monsters you control is 10 or lower. Target another monster you control; it can attack your opponent directly this turn. [spoiler=HEQUALSUtada][spoiler=Lore](1) If the total combined Level/Rank of all monsters you control is 3 or less: you can Special Summon this monster (from your hand or that is Banished). (2) During your Battle Phase, if this card hasn't attacked, you change this Attack Position monster to Defense Position to target 1 of your Banished monsters, then target 1 monster your opponent's face-up monsters; move the first target to your graveyard, then Banish the second target. (2) When this monster is Normal Summoned: you can shuffle 2 "Rising Star" monsters from your graveyard to your deck, and if you do, target 1 monster your opponent controls; treat it as an occupied Monster Zone until your next turn (it cannot be used as a monster). [spoiler=EEQUALSMano][spoiler=Lore](1) After the Damage Step of a battle involving another "Rising Star" monster you control: inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of a monster your opponent control(led) that was involved in the battle with your monster. (2) At the start of either player's Battle Phase: you can change this Attack Position monster to Defense Position, and if you do, destroy 1 card in your opponent's Spell& Trap Zone. [spoiler=Rising Fame (1/3)][spoiler=Residual Fame][spoiler=Lore]Activate only when an effect activates that affects a "Rising Star" monster you control. Target a "Rising Star" monster you control then declare a card name.
