I see someone went Anti-Meta.

[spoiler=WORDING NOTES]

- "Answered Prayer": Just say "You can only activate 'Answered Prayer of the Exorcist' once per turn."

-"Alister" should read "and banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster on the field, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its original ATK." Otherwise, even if your effect fails to banish it, they still take the damage (unless that's what you wanted, but in that case it seems a bit OP to just say "You're going to take it, with or without your monster going.")

[spoiler=DESIGN NOTES]

- "Luisbarn" is really oddly written. She can't be special summoned, and if she's Tribute Summoned, she's immune to card effects, but if she somehow IS destroyed by a card effect, you can pay to banish all cards on the field. That's really convoluted. The only way to get around her immunity is to negate her summon, which is only destruction in some cases and I'm not sure if that would proc her effect...

- "Caterina" is OP. She'd be on the ban list before she even hit the shelves if she were real. I'd say make it so that she can't be targeted or destroyed by the effects of LIGHT and DARK monsters, because then at least she isn't an auto-win card. Also I don't think that "Ignoring the Summoning Conditions" exempts you from needing Tributes for monsters Level 5+.

[spoiler=Final Thoughts]

I can see a very clear and concise theme to these cards. Like I said, it looks like you designed this set with the clear intent of being Anti-Meta. If that was your goal, congratulations.

Would I ever use these cards? Not in a million years, but that's because I'm a fan of a lot of LIGHT and DARK types of decks and have grown accustomed to the ability to Special Summon and a lot of other meta things. Does that mean they're bad? No. Just that they're not for some people.

I'll see about fixing the wording this weekend. I made Caterina in the post prior to the repost after being told that it was kind of slow. A similar take on this premise would be my "Section XIII" archetype, while that one had a heavier emphasis on Special Summoning (however, posting on it now would be necrobumping).
