Let's see here...

Card A negates all Pendulums on the field if a Dragon is used as a mat, which is essentially Vector Pendulum's effect in the P-Zone.

While it fits flavor-wise, not really keen on how that turns out, especially since Pendulums are becoming more common nowadays.

Though if the opponent kills it and this gets SS'd from the ED, it reshuffles your used Pendulums into the Deck (including Master/Luster/Vector, among 1 or 2 other things if they work here) or stops the opponent's stuff. Of course, this also gives you the option of summoning one of the above if they are in your P-Zone (there aren't too many Dragon Pendulums that would really blend with this; Odd-Eyes is out because Scale doesn't mesh well).

Also kills P-Scales when it itself is one, although it requires that you have a Dragon, which you likely will.

I don't know; thematically it fits Vector and Master's combined effects for the most part, but iffy on its power level.

----

Card B probably would work in EmEm; would allow one to revive a used Plushfire or something that got blown up via Wavering or whatever it is that they do. Then, it basically shuts off the opponent's backrow and hand traps if you Tribute a Performage (which will likely be recurred later via Scales).

If opponent tries to Castel it or something, it'll just bounce into the P-Zones, where it allows you to SS an EmEm from the Extra during either player's turn.

In the context of the Deck in question, that would likely be Plushfire or whatever P-pals are used in there.

Out of fairness, I don't really know if EmEm have enough space to really make this [given the needed inclusion of Polymerization], but given what exists so far, not really sure on them getting another way to OTK (they're already capable of doing so).

[in the context of ARC-V, I could probably see Dennis using something like this the next time he appears.]

----

In conclusion, I'm voting C on this one.

I'm already iffy on card A's effects, even if they fit flavor-wise into the lore of the components, and card B appears to be another toy for EmEm that they don't need for OTK purposes.
