goodfusion Posted November 10, 2015 Report Share Posted November 10, 2015 I very much liked Komaeda's Dungeon-themed deck which I suggested on his "Post and I'll make a deck" thread a few months ago. Using Lindbloom to make Labyrinth Wall and Millennium Shield 3k beaters both fitted in-theme AND gave the deck an aim as well as a theme. Personally, I prefer to make wacky deck that focuses on using old archetypes/themes as effectively as possible, performing overkill yet inconsistent combos or winning in a certain way (e.g Dice Jar burn) than one that is ONLY focused on keeping a certain theme. It just feels very satisfying to me to win with a deck that I know has a mediocre premise/goal, but I have tried to make it as good and effective as possible. However, I do enjoy making Billy decks, and it is fun to try and keep a deck to a theme yet still have it do something. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
