ÆƵ–
Aren't the two deck themes here kinda contradictory? I mean I guess I can see lil bit of synergy with lean and the psys, but i'm honestly a little bit lost on the rest. Speaking of, why isn't lean @3? goodfusion
I feel it would be a lot more effective if you ran a relatively standard PSY-Frame deck, and dropped Kuribandit and all the the Burgesstomas EXCEPT Marrella and Leanchoilia. Use Marrella as a way to put PSY-Frame Overload in the Graveyard so you can banish it for its search effect, then use Leanchoilia to return it to the Graveyard for more searches. ~~~~
I really recommend you drop the Kuribandit. The card isn't that good, even in straight Burgesstomas, despite appearances. (Add to the hand during the End Phase is just too darn slow). And the Psy-Frame aspect of the deck doesn't like getting its Gears milled, even if it doesn't mind the Normal Summon requirement. I also suggest you use more Gear Gamma and Delta. They are the cards that do the real heavy work of the Psy-Frame deck, locking out your opponent's standard actions while spamming Omega and disrupting even more. Since you'll then have more Level 2 Gears, you could drop in some e-Tele to grab another mat for a rank 2.
