Kanashimi
So recently just doing a quick search, and i found this: [spoiler= ''] So we have Junior Moderator? OwO (sounds kawaii!) And Moderator? Moderators? We have 2 Staff Positions with a similar names? Just curious if it's an actual Staff Positions or just another membership's group. Night
One moderator group is a fake one Mugen made. Junior mod was an April Fools Day joke. From my recollection, albeit hazy, the moderator group was there before that and was used for funk around purposes. The latter was an idea we had a while back that never came into fruition. There was a time we were understaffed and there were a lot of potential suitors but none that we were particularly fond of, the junior mod group was supposed to be used for testing said members. It has significantly less permissions than that of the moderator group so as not to be entirely detrimental should there be an incident but still enough so that the mods in training could still get sheet done. It's a good concept to keep in the back-burner, at the very least.
Kanashimi
Oh . . . Junior Moderators sounds like a kouhai while Moderators like senpai (don't mind me :P)
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well...you could probably say that.Junior Moderators don't have all of the access power that main level ones do, and again, we haven't needed to use it (though it has been considered). You can think of Junior Mods as sort of "helpers" in a way; they have access to most of the usual mod stuff, but no access to the Admin CP (which main ones do). (GigaDrillBreaker)
One moderator group is a fake one Sakura made and moved another member to for (seemingly) no reason. Junior mod was an April Fools Day joke.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
The fake moderator group [without the "s"] was made by Mugen during that alias thing a few months ago, NOT me.It has no staff powers whatsoever; it just has the staff icon/other BBcode effects, but that's it. (Basically used for certain members when they become copies of myself, Mugen and Night for a while; I think that was Leafeon, Yui and Hina respectively) As Night mentioned, the Junior Moderator group is there mainly as a testing thing for mod candidates who we aren't confident about giving full powers straight off the bat to. Idea's been brought up, but never implemented yet.(I think Striker was used as a guinea pig to test out the scope of its powers during April Fool's, but that's it.)
