When a monster would be Summoned: Tribute 1 monster; negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster.

 

 

It's ironic that the Horn of Heaven would fit best in a deck describing Hell

 

Card is nuts in BA. Since basically every card pays for itself, can stop normals, pendulums etc. So that farmgirl normal or Crobat summon wont fly anymore. 

 

Also, OCG text is = to Solemn J, so it's not limited to 1 card like TKRO or Black Horn. Card still being maxxed out in Post Notice world, so that should give a testament to its power

Basically a must run on that side of the ocean. It's turning out to be quite potent in TCG too from prelim testing 

 

(2nd place out of 198 in pepe whoretown format is quite commendable, I mean sheet's gonna hit the fan when pepe hits TCG cause it's literally the same deck, sub out Shock, put in Infinity.)
