Effect:

You can detach 1 Xyz material monster from this card to place 1 Frenzy Counter on a monster your opponent controls. When this card attacks a monster with a Frenzy Counter, increase the ATK of this card by 300. If a monster with a Frenzy Counter is destroyed by battle, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.  While this card has no Xyz materials attached to it, decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 300.

 

 

 

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Gore Magala" while it has no Xyz materiasl. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all monsters who do not have a Frenzy Counter except this card. This card's ATK and DEF are increased by 100 for each monster card destroyed by this effect. This card cannot be affected by the effects of Trap Cards. 

 

 

 

Effect:

When this card is summoned, you can destroy 1 face-down monster on the field. If you do, switch this card into Defense  Position.  If this card declares and attack on an Xyz monster, you can pay 1000 Life Points to detach 1 Xyz material monster from it.

Was thinking Gore Magala's a little weak for an R4 but turns out it's just another step towards a stronger monster.

 

Does it not make more sense for Shagaru's summon to destroy monsters WITH frenzy counters? And if you don't specify it to be 'all monsters except this card' you can say goodbye to Shagaru on summon as well.

 

If you make Gore's counter placing a Once Per Turn thing, I think you can implement in an extra effect to search for Shagaru from the deck somehow. As it is, you'd need 2 level 4 dragons to Xyz into this card, as well as Shagaru in the hand, it's pretty hard to pull off.
