Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A requires you have an empty field and at least 5 monsters to banish for its summon (so I guess in heavy mill decks or something). Though it is essentially a Breakthrough Skill in most senses (well, activation-wise), so it does stop monsters from triggering on summon (happens a bit nowadays). As much as I'd like to say Chaos decks can run this, since they'll probably recover stuff anyway, don't think it's ideal; especially since you also get negated. Though, you can still retrieve something when it goes, so there's that. Though, I guess you can use this as a last resort option mid/late-game; provided you don't care about your ED. ----Card B is a lot simpler to work with; ditch a Penguin (or whatever Aqua you want) and this comes out. Also gives Penguins a little power boost; if I remember correctly, they aren't very strong offensive-wise, so increasing damage output is nice. Plus, it's a Penguin itself so it benefits from its own effect; 2300 ATK isn't bad at all. There's also possible Rank 6s with this card in certain Decks, though at time of writing, can't necessarily think of any.Penguins don't have any; if this were a 5, you could probably do stuff with Great Emperor or something. ---- In all, I'll give my vote to A on this one.I might not agree with its summoning conditions, but given the amount of Graveyard usage, it might actually be more feasible than I made it out to be here. B is nice for its intended Deck, but that's about it.
