A deck I more or less brewed up after the confirmation of this DP Fall Tournament cardpool and banlist.

The way these engine works is rather simple:

Artifacts: I bet most are familiar with this one already so I won't go through a detailed explanation. Disruption during the opponent's turn through Sanctum, punishes blind backrow destruction and provides Level5 Fairies to Synchro and Xyz Summon with.

 

Angel Command: Mist Rias, Skubz Kin, and Urth

Basically, the first 2 enable easy Synchro7 plays while opening opportunities for Rank5s, while Urth acts as backup for follow-up plays

 

Mist Rias: Level2 Tuner that Special Summons itself while you control a level5 Fairy; that means, its ally Skubz Kin and Artifacts, so dropping it should be easy. Then, when Normal Summoned, it revives a Level5 Fairy, so Skubz Kin and Artifacts come into play again. However, there is a catch: it locks your Special Summons to Fairy-Type monsters, so your Extra Deck pool will be limited while this card is on the field.

 

Skubz Kin: Normal Summonable Level5 that searches for an "Angel Command" monster when Normal Summoned, but it destroys itself at the end of the turn when Normal Summoned without Tributes. You can see to where this is going:

Normal Summon this --> add Mist Rias --> Special Summon Mist Rias = 1-card Fairy-Type Synchro7

 

Reticulant: Field Spell + Theta

The Field Spell mills Thetas and provides an Eva Token every opponent's turn. Theta then acts as a recurring Level3 Tuner by tributing an Eva Token to Special Summon itself from the grave. This enables Synchro8 plays along Artifacts that were Summoned during the opponent's turn, or Normal Summoned Skubz before it destroys itself. If you stack enough Eva Tokens, you can even make use of Theta's draw effect for extra advantage. Theta it's also DARK for the BLS play, and while running only 2 DARKs for BLS may look subpar, keep in mind that the deck has 3 fields and 2 Terraformings to get that Theta(s) on the grave as soon as possible.

 

 

Calling for the Command: This is basically an E-Teleport for Fairies. It just helps with "gluing" the 3 engines together.
