I dont like the first two because of bad grammar and pixelated pics, but I like the third one =3 Infact, its pretty good ^^;; The pic is good too, and he has a good effect. Although, I'd write his effect like this:

 

'This Card cannot be Special Summoned. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent and increase your life points by 200'

 

Now, for the rating:

 

The third one = 7/10

 

The other 2 = 4/10

 

I recommend remaking the other 2 with better pics, and change the better lucario (the third ones) errata. ^_^;;
