The Amazing Avian
-1 001-1 004-2 solidarity+3 Mathematician+1 Foolish Try to fit a Birdman in there because 001 is your only tuner. Quickdraw and Junk are also options since you can use Quickdraw to pitch 001 and Junk can special 002 to search. Jar is unnecessary imo since you don't want to grind the game, you want to end asap. Enma Ai
Why you're not taking advantage of cards like Wavering Eyes, Solemn Notice, Cyber Dragon Infinity, Dracosack, Metaphys Horus, Meteorburst, and the wide amount of good cards this deck has access to, I'll never know... Korosensei
Thankfully your sensei knows this deck the best from the back of his head~ -1 001-2 MST-2 Pot of Duality-2 Solidarity-1 Soul Charge-0-3 CotH-1 Compulsory-1 Mirror Force -1 Black Rose-2 Deskbot Jet-1 Mist Wurm-1 Phonon Pulse-1 Shooting Quasar Dragon-1 Shooting Star Dragon-1 Stardust Dragon +2-3 Maxx "C"+2-3 Archfiend Eccentrick+1 BoM+1 Foolish Burial+2-3 Wavering Eyes+0-1 Treacherous Trap Hole+1-2 Mathematician+0-1 Genex Ally Birdman +1 Herald of Pure Light+1 Scrap Dragon+1 Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon/Metaphys Horus +1 Castel+1 Gachi Gachi/Herald of Pure Light+1 Cyber Dragon Nova+1 Cyber Dragon Infinity The deck should best be focused around fast speed, something that is undoubtedbly my strongsuit~ In most situations, you either try to go for the kill immediately if you open at minimum 003 and Machine Dupe. Otherwise, trying to setup a field of Barkion/Beast or having an upperhand in advantage is the key. Stalling the game out by using sparse staples and cloggy removal traps goes against the mantra of the deck. Quasar might be too much of a stretch. It's not that much known of combos that can efficiently get it, and if you can do it congrats. But the point is, it's best to focus more on the already potent strengths of Deskbots to kill immediately, while using the Extra as an accessible toolbox. Therefore, you should cut space for more useful Synchros for the Pendulums like Scrap Dragon, Meteorburst, while having powerful Xyzs like Infinity and Gachi to help you out. Solidarity is sadly, not that much of a good card and might not see much use in the more recent days of Yugioh. It conflicts with Extra Deck cards that get sent to the Graveyard in some cases, and to Deskbots, an 800 ATK gain is not even worth the extra stretch to winning. In the end, it doesn't contribute to boosting the deck's consistency and synergy, and doesn't add to much to the power dimension either. Soul Charge might seem good, but costing the BP is too risky for the nature of this deck. Most of your other Spells and Traps are either slow or unnecessary. Wavering Eyes is a tech that shouldn't be avoided here. 005 and 006 are glorious friends that support the recyclability of Deskbots when popped. Wavering Eyes at 2 copies is decent enough as a measure to counter upcoming metagame decks nowadays when chained, and activating it in raw is very useful for SSing and recycling Deskbots likewise. The search from it helps get another Pendulum after you stock your Extra, as well as Eccentrick, a very powerful card this format. To add on, I agree with most of my pupil's words here. It would be much better next time if you posted a proper decklist next time, and write a brief summary about your tech choices and reasonings so that most members here do not take complete bias. Overall, it seems you have a fair knowledge of what the deck can do, but the style needs to be best fitted for their OTK actions and needs better Extra Deck materials. Keep up the good work~
