(Move over D/D/D!) Red & Blue-eyed Dragon Destroyer [Casual]

Hello, fine peoples!  This is a deck that I've been trying to fine-tune on Ygochrome, and have seen some hilarious plays spawn from nothing.

 

Red-Eyes, Blue-Eyes, and Buster Blader/Dragon Destroyer have certain aspects in common that I worked to build up together into something coherent.  What they share include:

A level 1, dragon-type enabler

A level 7+ monster

A preferred Extra Deck mechanic

LIGHT and/or DARK elements

A way to recover advantage

Obviously, the deck has plenty of consistency issues.  You can end up opening like this:

...but if you play it out right you could still end up with a field like this:

In any case, Draconnection, despite being a -1, ends up being the MVP of the entire deck.  Got a White Stone with no discarders?  Connect into a Black Stone or Companion!  I also had a Dark Armed Dragon in the deck which I'd Draconnect from a Black Flare Dragon.

 

Overall, this deck is basically all power plays, but it needs some way to set up better/quicker.  Also, I'm not sure if Decree is the best, but I'm not sure what to substitute for it...  Anyone have any suggestions?
