The controller of this card takes no battle damage from battles involving this card.

If you control a face up 'Dark Maximum' you can special summon this card from your hand.

As long as this card remains face up on the field monsters with 0 Attack points cannot be destroyed as a result of battle.

Once per turn you can tribute 1 'Dark Minimum' you control then target 1 monster on the field whose attack is greater than 0 but less than 3000 and destroy it, 'Dark Maximun' cannot attack the turn it uses this effect.

Couple of things to like here- first of all, a monster with 0 attack and 0 defense, so recoverable by dark eruption and recurring nightmare. The Maximum monster has decent stats and effect is basically a more specific scrap dragon. However, I would specify that you can only activate the effect on your turn.

Thank you for the feedback,i was a little worried that i had accidently nerf'd its effect by trying to make it not to op (for example only able to destroy 1 monster & having the limits set to only destroy monsters weaker than itself)  but i can see how having only useable on your turn would make it more balanced. it was what i meant to put anyway i think i forgot because it made sense to me that that's what i meant by its effect , again thank you for pointing it out. 

 

on a side note - the coincidence it works with dark eruptions quite handy as far as names go
