1. You realize that Majespecters are all Spellcasters, right? By making this a Winged-Beast, you make this unable to use the Archetype's support cards.

2. Targeting immunity is unneeded for the most part; they already have it by default.

3. Rules on ED Pendulums are different from the Main Deck ones; you need some way for it to get into a P-Zone from the monster zone.

4. 'specters don't make 3-mat Rank 4s due to time/resources needed; 2-mats into Majester and stuff is fine though.

 

Everything else is more/less fine; P-effect isn't too special, but suppose it gives them a little extra power to do things.

That, and it allows Kirin to be P-Summoned (though a lot of builds are cutting it; that, and Eccentric already does the job).
