Kozmo Strawman

During either player's turn: You can banish this card; Special Summon 1 Level 3 or higher "Kozmo" monster from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Kozmo Strawman" once per turn. Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 of your banished "Kozmo" monsters; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated, also destroy it during the End Phase.

 

Deck's insane.

Yes, it will still trigger. The best part is that you can field more than 1 ship at a time (at least 1 of them Forerunner) we're gonna need super narrow outs like dark hole/raigeki/system down/prisma to be able to deal with this.

 

The only engine card I can think of that can out a ship is either Ignister or F0, but they do not deal with multiple

The lifepoint cost is anything but a joke. In a deck with no turn 1 play where everything has a cost life goes down pretty fast and often the 700 for town or the 500 for Farmgirl is unpayable or puts you in an even more dangerous position.

Konami had posted a very nice and extensive lore about this one specific card...which they had the did the same for the other archetypes, but I guess that's the best we get from the TCG division.

 

Regarding the effect, it's so funny how they'll make the Kozmos a neverending pain train the moment you first attack with a Farmgirl. It speeds up play if you E-Tele into this while you have a Farmgirl in hand, so you could use your NS on another Farmgirl, Goodwitch, or Wickedwitch and still even nick -500 damage. It has a good MP2 as well to reuse a Spaceship as well, even if its effects will be negated, but it has great use with Destroyer. In the end he's just too insane when he can fix the cycle during any phase.
