Which decks do you think will be the most effective using this card ( assuming it stays at a number which can make the difference in a duel) ?

Everything that plays a decent amount of generic backrow (in the current format, it'd be anything but Nekroz and Infernoid). Warning's more or less a staple again ATM and this is pretty much objectively better.

Well let's look at the current format black. Solemns aren't even run in BA since horn of Heaven has no cost essentially. Nekroz usually all have effects that activate. M&ms would rather play notice over warning for the rare tech reborn. Warning should be at three, and was perfectly fine ages ago at 2

It would be easier to list which decks would not use them, as right now I would use it in:

M and M

Kozmo

Nekroz

BA

Majespec(and that deck even has 3 judgmetn anyway)

RB

and more.

meanwhile, one post above you, the tcg shows that it's relecant again

Weren't you the one b****ing about Dragon's bind and Vanity? Atleast be consistent

bind has numerous loops , some pretty hilarious , and vanity screws way too many things over pendulums.

When vanity was at 3 , i didnt even bother going at my locals , it being at 2 is justified ever since i saw the EmEm shennanigans.

Honestly, the idea of this in Majespecter is scary.

OCG had already tried a minimal backrow build with X Scolding and 3 Tempest with maybe 1-2 teched spells, and had also tried Majespecter Magician because green magician... and this is a generic Majespecter Tempest.

The idea that this can be run at "6" in that deck is just terrifying.

What OCG need to do is put Warning and Vanity back @3 Limit Opression and ban Duster. Slow skillful format created

Special Summons have become such an integral part of the game, that anything that can hardlock them tend to become abuse-central.

Not if every deck is cockblocked by it. There's a difference between special summoning and the mass vomit hand the game has embraced

I have decided to try and put this Topic to rest by comparing this card to a card that is currently Limited... Solemn Warning.

SOLEMN WARNING

Can stop cards like COtH and Reborn along with stopping other kinds of Special Summons.

Stops Pendulum Summoning

SOLEMN NOTICE

Stops any monster activating their effect and Nuking them (meaning that you don't need to stop the Special Summon to kill the monster anyway)

Stops Pendulum Summoning.

In my opinion, stopping a monsters Effect is much more powerful then negating a Summon due to a Spell or Trap. Also the simple fact that Notice can funk up almost any play makes it much more dangerous then Warning. Anyone who thinks this won't be Banned or Limited instantly are fools.

I don't know about the OCG, but the TCG probably won't tolerate it at 3 for more than a format or two.

TCG hasn't suffered the wrath of m&m's and will hopefully never have to.

This is a breath of fresh air in OCG and a possible a great turning point for the format. Honestly hope OCG has the balls to ban duster, but ofc it won't happen cause "set 5 pass" phobia

It helps that they have much more backrow than the TCG does, with this being a potent addition to that arsenal.
