Victini is a very close 2nd, though I haven't used mine lately.(I got it from Pokedit, so yeah...I missed the event for it by a year or so) Porygon-Z is one of those Pokes that I haven't used at all, or least not in a serious battle.I've EV trained one (albeit with sorta crap IVs), but otherwise that's it.
