Zftn Onen
Card A is useful to bring out a higher level "kozmo"monster while also being able to weaken a higher attack monster for a turn but since you can't attack with the level 5 while that monster is weakened then can't take advantage of it. Card B is more useful because it can set a monster to be able to take it out. Especially one that has a good effect while face up or one with higher attack but low defense . Or even set back a continuous spell or trap that is bothering you. I vote card B

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A allows you to get out Sliprider and Forerunner without much problems, then weaken up the opponent's monster. You can trigger the ATK drop on your turn, then banish it to SS the above two monsters and the attack lock will be moot. Like the card says, it blocks Lionheart from attacking, NOT whatever monster it Special Summons. ----Card B allows access to additional copies of itself, Goodwitch, Wickedwitch (new one in DOCS) and the standard stuff, so it has a bit more options that it can SS. The second effect is a Book of Moon of sorts for whatever cards the opponent has for 700 LP (tbh, it'll also hit Field Spells and Continuous stuff, like Fiendish and whatever; no Pendulums though.) Considering that BoM is Limited for hitting monsters, I have some degree of concern about how this card's effect allows it to be as such (albeit limited to the opponent), but it can be useful in certain cases. ----I certainly wouldn't mind using card A to weaken the opponent up a bit, then get out Sliprider/Forerunner and do stuff to them later; however card B does have more application, albeit my second thoughts about it due to that BoM-esque effect. Voting for B, although with reservation.
Astolfo
So like, B is basically just a Goodwitch that can hit non-monsters. What's so special? A, because it gives more power to whatever else you decide to summon, for example, E-Tele into Farmgirl and then NS this, use eff, attack with Farmgirl, search, trigger FG eff, trigger this eff, so on and so forth.
