Lunar Origins
Occasionally, viglink, one of YCM's advertisement things, will pop up and create a hyperlink, which you might accidentally click on. Thankfully, there's a way to stop those advertisements from popping up completely on the forums. This fix only works for Mozilla Firefox. Download this extension called Lightbeam. It's a useful thing that allows you to see what different domains you're connected to when you access a site. Install it, open it up, and when you're on YCM you should come across something like this. And, if you've seen a viglink advertisement, the site should popped up connected to YCM. Go over to list view and highlight viglink. I don't have it appear because I've had it blocked and I recently reset the thing before printscreening. Hit block site at the bottom and you're done. Voila. No more viglink.
Shalltear Bloodfallen
There is also another way for those of us who feel less tech savy at times (that is a jab at myself, not anyone else :P), and as a full disclosure, I have yet to test this on anything outside of Chrome, however I dont see a reason it wouldnt work regardless of what internet browser you use. While this is reliant on cookies, and thusly resets itself the moment cookies are cleared, viglink does allow you to disable it from showing you the links by going to http://www.viglink.com/opt-out/ [spoiler=Incase people REALLY want a picture] I've personally dissabled it in such a way, and have yet to see even a single viglink pop up.
