If this card is Summoned: You can activate this effect; both players discard 1 Spell Card, and if a player cannot, they reveal their hand and discard 1 card at random instead. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Send it to the Graveyard, then if there are 3 or more "Astrologia" cards in your Graveyard, add 1 of them to your hand.

During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Send it to the Graveyard, then if there are 3 or more "Astrologia" cards in your Graveyard, add 1 of them to your hand.

Astrologia - The Spear
LV4 - LIGHT - Spellcaster/Effect - 1100/700
(This card is also treated as a Spell Card in your hand or Deck.) If this card is Summoned: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, destroy this card. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Send it to the Graveyard, then if there are 3 or more "Astrologia" cards in your Graveyard, add 1 of them to your hand.

(This card is also treated as a Spell Card in your hand or Deck.) If this card is Summoned: You can draw 1 card, and if you do, discard 1 card. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Send it to the Graveyard, then if there are 3 or more "Astrologia" cards in your Graveyard, add 1 of them to your hand.

Astrologia - The Spire
LV4 - DARK - Spellcaster/Effect - 1600/400
(This card is also treated as a Spell Card in your hand or Deck.) If this card is Summoned: You can target up to 3 cards in either player's Graveyard; shuffle those targets into their owner's Deck. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Send it to the Graveyard, then if there are 3 or more "Astrologia" cards in your Graveyard, add 1 of them to your hand.

Luminous Astrologian
LV4 - LIGHT - Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect - 1500/1600
When this card is Special Summoned: You can discard 1 Spell Card; destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls, and if you do, negate its effects. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 "Astrologia" card you control; Special Summon 1 "Astrologia" monster from your Deck with a different name.

Umbral Astrologian
LV4 - DARK - Spellcaster/Union - 1600/1500
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Astrologia" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard from anywhere, except the field: You can target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control; equip it to that target. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)

Collective Unconscious
Quick-Play Spell
Special Summon 1 "Astrologia" monster from your Graveyard, then you can choose 1 "Astrologia" monster you control that was not Summoned this turn, and if you do, Special Summon it. You can only activate 1 "Collective Unconscious" per turn.

Astrologia Weave - Royal Road
Continuous Spell
If the effect of an "Astrologia" monster you control is activated when a monster is Summoned (including itself), you can copy that effect (attach it to the end of the Chain, selecting new targets if applicable). You can reveal 1 "Astrologia" Spell Card in your hand; send a face-up Spell Card you control to the Graveyard, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Astrologia Weave - Royal Road" once per turn.

Astrologia Weave - Synastric Flux
Continuous Spell
When this card is activated: Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, then you can add 1 excavated Spell Card to your hand, also put the rest on the bottom of your Deck in any order. All Spellcaster-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK for each Spellcaster-Type monster you control. You can only activate 1 "Astrologia Weave - Synastric Flux" per turn.

Essential Dignity
Normal Trap
Apply one of the following effects, based on whose turn it is:
● Your turn: Special Summon 1 "Astrologia" monster from your Deck, but it cannot attack this turn.
● Your opponent's turn: Special Summon 2 "Astrologia" monsters from your Deck in face-down Defense Position. Flip them face-up during the End Phase.

 

Clarification(s?) -

- You can't double dip with Royal Road -> Bole or Arrow because Bole would just double proc on the next instance, and Arrow is a bonus NS effect so you don't get it more than once per turn. You can double dip with everything else.

- Cards summoned by Dignity on opponent's turn go to the yard after being flipped, so it's a weird GK Stele kind of.

- You can blow up other targets for Royal Road's 2nd effect to mandate sending itself of course; after the new wording changes.

Slight change to the passive effect (but still functionally largely the same). Added Synastric Flux.

 

Pretty much done. I might add a GK Stele-type card; 's not much need because of how Essential Dignity works though.

There is absolutely no need for the GK Stele, which would likely be quite strong. I haven't drawn into Dignity either to test how good it is but it's probably alright.

 

Royal Road wording slightly modified to clarify how it works as well as so it's no longer just a random Upstart Goblin in non-Astrologia decks.
