US Primary Elections Early Opinions Thread

I'm wondering what's going through Bush's head if he wants to put Thatcher on the $10 bill as opposed to keeping Hamilton.

Although reading a separate article, they want to redesign the bill so people can't make forgeries of it.

But yeah, why choose her, if Thatcher is as you say.

----

As for Fiorina, she was basically an underdog in the political race a while ago, then starting going up after she started to nip at Trump during that debate.

That's about all I know on her, and probably care to.

Couple points have been made, and I agree, these primaries are perhaps the most laughable of all time.  The sheer political incorrectness of Trump is entertaining; his rhetoric that resonates with the outspoken racists of the nation will not carry him to office.  Trump isn't going to get the big Republican party endorsement.

Why?

Look at his political endorsements in comparison to everyone else.   He's popular with people who don't know how the funking system works.

The higher ups don't want him in office.  He's not a viable candidate in any sense of the word; money can carry you far, but it can't save you from being a fool.

The primaries are a joke and unrelated to electability in the general election.

Edit: Fiorina has been on the up since the first debate when she wrekt the underdog debate.

Seriously?  The same lady who tried to link Planned Parenthood and ISIS together is on the up and up?  Get the funk outta here with that stupidity.

This is about the only accurate thing I've read so far.

In the Republican field, yes he's still in the lead (although it has shrunk a bit lately, as Carson caught up to him).

Not sure on what the exact numbers are, but Trump's lead over Carson isn't really great.

With respect to the other players, yeah he has a sizable lead over them.

Trumps lead over Carson is like 17 points according to this and that is massive
