Wicket Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 Level 4 monsters usually regulate from 0-2000 for both ATK and DEF. You'll never see a Level 4 monster with 2000 or more ATK or DEF unless it has a drawback. Its to equaly balance the strength each monster has.
