First to 3 votes or most by 9/13/2015 @ 11:00 am HST (UTC -10:00) wins.
If there are no votes after the deadline, next vote wins.
All voters must elaborate on their votes.
Contestants and I reserve the right to reject votes that are not of appropriate quality.
Written cards are allowed. (Must be in written format, cards with blank pictures are not acceptable)

 

Make a WATER Dragon-Type Xyz Monster

Rewards:
The winner gets a rep from the loser.
All voters get a rep for voting.

 

Card A

2 Level 3 monsters
You can only activate the (2) and (3) effects once per turn. (1) This card is also treated as a Sea Serpent-Type monster. (2) During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls, until the End Phase. (3) If this card is destroyed (by battle or by card effect): You can Special Summon 1 of your banished Level 3 or lower monsters.

2 Level 7 monsters

During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Until the End Phase, if another monster you control would be destroyed, you can attach it to this card as an Xyz Material instead. This card gains 100 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. If this card is destroyed by battle or a card effect: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard, except "Pacific Nogo"; Special Summon that target. You can only activate this effect of "Pacific Nogo" once per turn.

Card A is amusing. It opens up plays in Generation Fish while also taking out potential threats. While I would have much preferred it to be non-generic, I don't see it particularly being an issue for many reasons. It will be subpar in BA, and other R3 Decks just won't be able to cut its use, so it stays clicked to the Fish. As a result, I think I can dig it.

 

Card B is kinda underwhelming and at the same time feels unsettling. Underwhelming because the detach effect is kinda meh and a 28 beater R7 is really underwhelming. The second effect though is rather concerning because it can revive anything. The fact that it floats in such way is fine, but going into any monster feels like it could open up some stuff in the future, especially since it triggers by your own effects. It happened with Lavalval Chain and Daigusto Emeral, I feel like it could happen to this guy.

 

While Card A feels like it will stay as it is, Card B looks like in the future can be concerning. Vote goes to Card A.
