This is a good tut.

 

You will probably have to download some brushes though.

1. New canvas.

2. Fill black.

---New layer.

3. Brush in white with good, interesting, textured brushes.

---New layer.

4. Brush in black with good, interesting, textured brushes.

5. Use opacity / layers.

---New layer.

6. Fill with a color, and set it to "Color"

---New layer.

7. Add render of the same color as the banner.

---New layer.

8. Add C4Ds.

---New layer.

9. Brush slightly above render.

---New layer.

10. Apply image and use filters.

11. Add render effects.

---New layer.

12. Text.

13. Text effects.

14. Anything else you feel the need to add.
