Blazing Claw Dragon

A powerful 3-Tribute Wyrm-Type monster.

Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Tribute Sumoned by Tributing 3 monsters. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can pay 1000 LP; destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. You can pay 1000 LP; destroy all monsters your opponent controls. You can only use 1 effect of “Blazing Claw Dragon” per turn, and only once that turn.

This may be true, but do you have suggestions on how to fix it, so that's not as such.

As a reminder, we do have an Advanced Clause in this section, and well, this is rather short,

sorry for that

anywho, because of Qlis, (+2)Tribute Summoned Monsters, like Barbaros and Silfer (cause of Monolith) finally found their place in the meta. Yet, this one can cause some serious s***, the last thing we need is a Judgement-Qli, like they don't have enough OTKs  strategies already ><.

My suggestion is to change the generic summoning condition:

This isn't meant to be Wyrm-Type support, it's just Wyrm-Type because I felt like it. As for Qliphort, I don't play them all that much, but would they really pick this guy over Towers? Considering how much more powerful that is in that Deck, I don't think they would really wish to use this.

The problem isn't that this may or may not be chosen over Towers, per se, but that the two could be run parallel to each other. Qli can easily field an army of monsters every turn, so it would effectively be:

Swarm Qli

Summon this/Towers

Attack, end turn

Swarm Qli again

Summon the other one

Game.

This thing is too versatile.

It's effectively JD for any archetype that swarms like mad. And if that archetype happens to naturally incur support for FIRE and/or Wyrm-types . . .

I don't always do the most balanced cards, and I can tell this thing is Bad News Bears. Something's gotta give.

Well, it doesnt pratically nukes your opponent field all at once, you'd have to wait 2 turns for it (Unless you use this in Qlis, and Tribute their floaters /Helix/Carrier/), and the Cost is much bigger than JD's, so to use this effectively on Qlis, you would be paying at least 2k+ of Life Points every turn to play. Although it would be alright to play at least 1 of this, as it can basically steal games with its Raigeki/Feather Dust's effect.

My only issue is the protection against destruction card effects. Safe Zone comes to mind when i think of abusable combos with this. So if you couple this card with that trap, your opponent wont have many outs and every turn you'll be wiping their field given you have some life points to pay, and you'll have due to this thing's massive ATK being a big wall. Even some counter traps that would negate its effect wouldnt be able to destroy it since the protection is continuous.

So, cut the protection effect. The nuke potential is too high to be this safe to use.
